As the person above said, it is a display bug. Prior to 1.2 all ranged damage showed one extra decimal place of damage (yes they forgot to the move the decimal...math...ugh), but the damage was still correct. In that example it would really be 484.9-665.9 as the primary damage range, and 59.1-109.8 as the secondary damage. We just see a truncated decimal at the end for display purposes. Hope that helps.
