My answer is NO. You can form your own group just like they can and do. It's not hard to form a group to que for warzones you can usually find randoms in warzones to group up with. If you're in a losing warzones qued solo simply get your eight medals and try your best you will still get plenty of exp, valor and commendations if you do that and still try and have fun.

To bad we don't have cross-server que's then we could all play together in a strong healthy competitive environment.

Then why don't you get higher rating to prove that you're better?......... Just saying. I mean if he's going to point out that you have a low rating and all you are going to do to counter that is say "You're the cancer of PVP!!!" then you're not really proving him wrong or making your point more valid.

The only people who say rating is based on "luck" and if you have high rating then that doesn't mean you are good are usually awful in PvP. I'm sorry but you have to actually know how to play and be a good player and have a good group of players to get high rating.

I see your point , and maybe that could all be fixed if they rebalanced resolve, and sorry I haven't made it to 55 yet so maybe my opinion doesn't have a whole lot of merit. I've been leveling through warzones and that's just something I was begining to think about.

Sorry your new computer isn't running the game like you hoped I've been there and I understand how frustrating that can be. Have you tried checking your video card settings? I was having the same issue with SWTOR and I checked my AMD control panel and noticed some settings were off, and after I fixed them the game runs perfectly at max settings. Hope that helps and you get it working.

True that, it's just a something I've been noticing while I've been PvPing. I understand they don't want to do a Diminishing Return system because that can take a lot of time and programming and this system is more simple, but I feel like maybe they should take a glance at how much resolve specific CC's generate. Example that just happened to me in a Warzone *Knockback, Knockback, Stun, Slow, Root(yes I know slows and roots do not generate resolve)* and I was just at 3/4's of my resolve bar. Now there was a lot going on at the time that it happened so it may be off a bit, but I think it could still use some fine tuning. I know E-Sports is a long shot for this game right now but I feel if resolve was rebalance Huttball (with some extra map variations) could be a good E-Sport.

I have to say I agree, I see your point in that it can be frustrating and adds a bit of no brainer no skill required when switching guard from player to player. I feel if they added a 15-30sec debuff on the individual who had guard placed on them and then had it removed that would help with the guard switching and would add a bit more skill to who actually has guard on them.

Hello PvP community. I was curious if anyone else in the PvP community felt Bioware should take another pass at the Resolve system and try to maybe rebalance it. I don't know if it's just me but I feel like the CC in this game is on that fine line of being out of control in this games PvP scene. Anyone else's thought's or opinions or personal stories they would like to share to agree or disagree with my question?

I don't see the problem when Bioware giving players the choice to only change the AC. Also just a side comment the amount of people trolling and flaming this thread made me want to facepalm... Seriously if you don't agree with an idea why waste the time to type out a nasty reply, boredom? If you don't agree with an idea ok cool simply state you don't agree with the idea state your reason as to why and leave it at that. How hard is that?

Then you need to sort out your priorities.

You're gonna have lag no matter what. That's more effected by your network connection and the game server. Also gaming on a laptop is not as good as gaming on a desktop. Make sure your laptop is not overheating if it is then get a cooling pad to put underneath it while you are playing.

PvP event sounds like fun. And since they learned their lesson this time I doubt any GMs will be present to ban players from participating.

You will have to go to the destination server they have picked out for your origin server.

What ever destination server they have your origin server selected to go to is where you will play.

You can't solo 8-16man raids to get the best PvE gear. Why should you be able to solo 8man Ranked Warzone's for the best PvP gear? Not to mention you can already get the best PvP gear doing normal Warzone's just takes longer. It's not hard to find group of people to do Warzone's or even find a guild that you can group up with. Basically the point is suck it up and deal with it.

Drop EA and have Bioware never make another Star Wars MMO again would help.

Atleast you didn't get a robot. Hopefully That GM is fired and Joveth is replaced with someone who knows how actually address the community. Glad your situation was resolved and the fact that Bioware does not have full control of their CS staff was brought to light.
