  1. I can't play this game or most other pc games without my Naga. I have that thing hotkeyed and mapped to the hilt. The only problem is fat thumbing the thing in a real hot situation.
  2. One of the other forum posters stated it best, "Deception is HARD mode". This is a viable PVP class, but you're going to need to work at it. Having a razor Naga or something comparable is almost mandatory. You can't rinse and repeat command rolls with deception. You need to pick you targets. You can't get into a one on two plus if you want to stay alive. You need to learn how to run. You need to learn how to use SLOW, Low Slash, Control Abilities and be smart with them. You can't play on auto pilot. Will you beat an expert player tank one on one? NO. Will you be able to take a true expert DPS build? NO. Will you be able to ax a healer? YES. For better or worse you are dependent on players being distracted. You need to be opportunistic. The whole point of your build is positioning, planning, striking and getting the hell out when things go wrong. I can't tell you how many times I was able to use most if not all of my talents to bail out a group mate in PVP and Flashpoints. Last, don't forget your taunts, you can mess things up, create confusion, and get out before you get killed. It just takes skill, dedication, and watching what works with other players. Youtube helps for those who need to be shown.
  3. I understand the complaint about the nerf; however, the complaint about PVE Flashpoints rings a little hollow. Try playing the SI Assassin (Deception) and see how many power groups want you. I hate to brake it to ya, but DPS has to be the most popular build for obvious reasons and this grouping issue has been live and well in all MMO's. In PVP, this nerf really hurts. Now you need to figure out how to make yourselves useful without the jump and kill roll. Personally as a SI *** Dec main, I don't have a whole lot of sympathy being: A: on the wrong end of the gank B: we have the "light Armor" issue C: we have to work at our kills and be extra carful when we jump an opponent As for the Darkness builds, can't speak to that. If it makes you feel better, I'm sure there is a nerf in the works for the other classes which tend to have OP exploits. Just remember, the 5 second kills caught a lot of attention and that was NOT what was intended. Flame on.
