origin Sytems and it's parent company EA was sued by their player volunteers. The lead plaintiff was a supervisor watching over 90 volunteers and was paid 500 a month with a free account and some ingame items. They settled in 2004 without admitting any wrongdoing so I highly doubt EA would risk another lawsuit. Even if they could run a volunteer mod program they would still have to pay people to watch the volunteers so innocent people are not harmed and that would take away from the development of new content.

Right now the c-61 survival carbine is known as a heavy modified blaster carbine and is now a pistol instead of a rifle. I still have the the c-61 survival crabine rifle and I want it back as loot or a craftable schematic.

You can stop the bots from reaching the fleet by stop giving players a fleet pass when they reach level 10. The bots just camp a spot on the starting planet killing npc's till they get the fleet pass. If they don't get the fleet pass upon reaching a level they would have to actually play the game to reach that shuttle to the fleet.

Require everyone to spend 10 dollars worth of Cartel coins before they are allowed to chat. Just imagine how much money Bioware will make from the spammers making new accounts and handing over 10 dollars everytime they get banned. They could use the extra money to hire 4 people to just sit around waiting for a spam report then ban the spammer immediately.

With all the time required to do this game in a new engine they might as well redo everything just to take advantage of the new engine's capabilities.

I totally agree that Free to play players should not have access to chat. If EA got 5 dollars for every spammer they banned they could hire someone to sit there and ban them immediately instead of 72 hours. F2p does not have enough restrictions because they can play all the way to the end for nothing.

They only people that should be allowed to use chat should pay a little bit of money if they are not subscribed. Every time a spammer would get banned Bioware at least gets some money to pay people to crush the spammer right away before he ruins my gameplay experince.

F2p shouldn't be able to send any messages in chat just so credit spammers have to spend money every time they get banned. Nobody really needs to chat to learn how to play the game there are guides out there for free just use google. I'm just posting this because the spammers tick me off.

Charging money for account wide ability to send any chat messages would easily take care of this. Basically every time spammers create another account Bioware gets money to hire more people to ban the accounts of spammers immediately. They could set it up as a single pruchase, and/ or add it to a bundle. F2p players have plenty of websites they can search for on google for help.

I'm mostly unsubbing because my guild members stopped logging in 2 weeks after release. They will be playing guild wars 2 and so will I. I'm not looking forward to the cheapskates running around leveling to level 50 when I paid a 6 month subscription to the same. Free players breaking every unofficial mmo rule for people that actually pay to play. I know this after playing STO and LOTRO.
