  1. I am going to back out of a few of my previous ideas based on the new "slow incremental change" policy. Concealment DPS: Backstab cooldown reduction...whether it is a mechanic/lacerate, a flat reduction, whatever.. Acid Blade - just annoying to have to reapply it all the time...make it a passive buff. Flurry of Shots - give it an increased crit chance + energy regen on crit ... like diagnostic scan. Would solve our energy problems. Concealment Defenses: Cloaking Screen - make it cleanse or unbreakable via damage for 10 seconds. 30% damage reduction when stunned or immobilized (roots). Done.
  2. Concealment: DPS: Acid Blades - passive buff instead of having to awkwardly work it into the rotation would be great. Backstab - Give it a 6s cooldown so we can keep acid blade up continuously and so we dont have awkward periods where we are forced to use Flurry of Shots. Hidden Strike - Make it a modifier on using backstab from stealth: 20% increased damage, doesn't activate the cooldown, 1.5s knockdown...clears up our bars for essentially an identical ability. Explosive Probe - reduced energy, do not require cover (now that cover is useless) Sever Tendon - If we are going to get a surge bonus to this ability, let's make it do damage we would actually like to crit with. Defensive: Our biggest issue isn't necessarily AOE damage, it is how ridiculously squishy we are when either a) rooted or b) stunned. If we aren't under one of those two controlling effects, we have a reasonable chance of avoiding the damage..at least in the hands of a competent OP. The following are all potential options: Slippery - take 30% less damage while stunned or rooted. Shady - Every time we take damage, the cool down on Cloaking screen is reduced by 3s, cannot happen more than once every 1.5 seconds. Sneak needs to be more useful out of stealth...potential just add to it that you are immune to roots and stuns for its duration... this would be instead of Slippery. Revitalizers - used to be an always on 3% of HP/ 3 seconds as long as we kept stim boost up. With the changes to stim boost, this talent should have been reworked to just be 3% of HP every 3 seconds...baseline...or 5% HP/second for the duration of Sneak.

  6. Legacy Gear Progression 5,000,000 credits Legacy Level 35 Unlocks your highest attained level of gear across your entire legacy. This is on a slot by slot basis. Ex: My guardian is naked with the exception of a BM chest and a WH weapon. The remainder of my characters within my legacy can purchase for credits a class appropriate BM chest piece and/or a war hero weapon. Alternate Idea: Same concept, but the gear is one tier lower than your highest attained. Purpose: Prevents you from having to go grind out content you have already completed and allows you to progress your other characters up to the content your main is currently experiencing. Supports the alt/legacy system. Allows you to focus mainly on the new, challenging content and not go backwards if you want to play a different class.

Soo... if we are encouraging players on several low pop servers to transfer to a single new server.. thereby emptying out the already low pop servers...and that new server will be the only choice.. why aren't we just forcing the merge to those servers and shutting down the shells? Seems like that would take a lot of the player side hassle out of the picture...and enhance the customer experience.
  8. Does anyone else feel like it is just too soon to wipe the slate clean and start the grind all over? I am completely up for new content, new species, and new abilities, but please god don't restart the grind. Too soon! What does everyone else think?

I still cannot fathom how people do not understand that introducing an entire second set of warzone queues and 8 man queueing would have been absolutely idiotic before the population problems got resolved. Let's split the already underpopulated PVP queues into two groups...and then ...oooh, then lets let 8 of them queue up together and due to underpopulated servers, have them face off against an unorganized pug group after waiting through an even longer queue while we wait to match them up with an equal team that does not exist. Population needs to be solved first. Then you will see your rated warzones.
  10. Field respec is exactly what it states, the ability to respec in the field. There is a MULTI-SPEC option being rolled out in two stages, the first of which has a target of 1.4. The first stage will allow you to save multiple specs and switch between them, the second stage will allow you to also save different armor sets along with the spec. One of the stages (I cannot recall which right now), will also allow you to save hot bars between specs.
  11. Seeing as they have confirmed that Legacy, Items, and credits will transfer with you, I will absolutely take that bet.
  12. Bioware has indeed stated that the 1.3 LFG tool will NOT be cross realm.
