Fury and Carnage are both good, it's more of a player choice. I think Carnage is the META at the moment. The only Utility I absolutely take are the CC Breaker reduction and the Saber Ward 6 seconds of CC immunity.

I heard Bioware is hiring. Maybe if you could leave your katana and fedora behind and teleport down there and just fix that code right up? I'm sure that these guys and gals that work with that code daily would gladly step aside and let you point out the many "obvious" mistakes that they just can't bring themselves to fix. lol.

Harbinger is pretty well farked if they can't even get it to work in their test environment. Yikes!

I value my time both in game and out of game much more than that. I'd just like to get back in game now, but if they want to throw 25,000 Cartel Coins at me for my inconvenience I'd be good with that. (hehe)

Because this does indeed sound like your internet, not the servers, problem. Go to START -> CMD and type: tracert 159.153.92.28 (That's to east coast servers...) tracert 159.153.68.252 (west coast servers) And see what happens. I'm gonna guarantee that you're hitting a bad node somewhere or maybe that massive Ice Storm that is happening in the Midwest is causing problems with your internet. Generally if the servers are having problems like you state, there would be a lot more people here complaining. LOTS more. Maybe not all because of how Bioware may have their servers routed in and set up, but MANY people would be here complaining.. But there isn't. Time for a call to the ISP! (EDIT: BTW Pub fleet had 2 full instances on there yesterday and a constant pop of PvP and GSF.... So uhm yeah, I'm thinking you are just mad at your Internet and displacing that anger to SWTOR.)

The night before it was hopping. Last night there was this History making Baseball game on, and after midnight EST it went into extra innings, so yeah... I imagine quite a few people were taking a break and watching that historic sports moment. I was.

LOL Well I'm gonna be a bit more gentle than the tough love you just received. (And it's all true... I know you probably feel like you just got spanked with a tree branch though! lol) A few things. Go to Speedtest.net and run a few Speedtests from different states than your own. Then go to the Pingtest up top and do the same thing. Get a pretty good sample. If there are problems with your connection, you will probably see it there. Next: Open up your Command Prompt and type Tracert 159.153.92.28 Watch the results. If you are getting any Timeouts, it's your ISP most likely. I am gonna repeat what was said - You probably need to call your ISP and get a tech out there.

This is a trash idea. Do they want this game to die? Cause this is how you make customer bases angry and kill your game.

I have to say this is the worst idea they've come up with yet. There is no way this makes it to the live game. It's a terrible idea. I love this game, but I'm not gonna do PvE content just so that I can have fun in PvP. Ridiculous. Whomever came up with these ideas NEEDS TO BE FIRED. IMMEDIATELY.

With my Sentinel I'm sitting at about a 98% loss ratio. Kidding. I don't know, the Leaderboards only show my sentinel on Shadowlands, and I didn't do Ranked PvP on Shadowlands this season with my Sentinel.

So I'm on the Ebon Hawk server for a change of pace. Doing Ranked. Doing terribly, but just well enough people won't say it to my face. I'm fine with that. I am having fun. In between increasingly longer queue times, a person comes into General Chat and says: "*** IS UP WITH ALL THESE CANCERS IN RANKED QUEUE? JUST STOP QUEUEING FFS. BADS." Another person pipes up, agreeing with them. Ranked queue doubles in time. Hmm. Could there be a correlation between toxicity of playerbase and declining numbers? If you want the "cancers" to stop queueing, you are going to be left with the same 9 people complaining on every PvP thread that they can no longer faceroll with impunity. err I mean how the new WZ has "killed PvP."

Because I feel compelled to say this (seeing Krackerjack here), I just used "commando" as an example. I'm also not speaking of carrying the team. I certainly am not that caliber of player. Let me clarify: You queue for solo ranked. You get player A, B, and C. You lose. Next round you get player A, B, and C AGAIN. You lose. It's obvious that even though you may have a good team composition, for some reason you aren't meshing. You aren't winning (Even though "I shouldn't go in thinking I'm gonna win cause I'm an idiot." I have issue with that train of thought, but I digress....) even though you feel like with that team composition you should be winning. I even know that a few of those players are GOOD players. You just keep getting matched up with them and your version of "Tunnel the healer until bubble then switch to the sniper" is different than theirs. Do you just quit your match? Do you just take it no lube?

I can't remember if Strongholds transfer over with you. I know the decorations get reset. It would stand to reason that there could be a problem if your strongholds don't transfer over. The game could be reading you in an area where you aren't supposed to be. Do you have skype? Contact customer service.

You get that beautiful golden queue pop. You eagerly accept and of course you get sent to the Rishi killing grounds. Then you look at your team mates. They are the same ones from last WZ. Or maybe you now have a Commando on your team instead of a Sage. You lost the last two Ranked WZs with these people. Your ELO is crying tears of blood. You aren't good enough to carry anyone but yourself, but you manage... But not so with this team, these particular players. Every other night you've been ROFLStomping the enemy teams bar a few here and there... But not this particular night. What do you do? How do you handle a team that you don't mesh well with? Do you take the ELO hit and quit out? Do you take the loss and wait? Do you bribe them not to requeue? Threaten their family and pets if they don't straighten up?

I've only played on Ebon Hawk and Shadowlands. Ebon Hawk is vastly superior. I thought that the ranked players went to Shadowlands, well.. That's a lie. They are on Ebon Hawk. Unless Jedi Covenant is booming (maybe?) then Ebon Hawk is your answer. Shadowlands queues are twice as long as Ebon Hawk.

So I'm reading the comments. The "King of the Hill" style map we just received, well, not well received. "Too complex" "Claustrophobic" "Not enough action/Can't find enemies" "I don't understand this WZ" We also got an arena WZ: "It's just a big open area to fight in, whatever." "I'm getting stuck just by looking at some of these corners." So. If the new objective-based Odessan map is too complex for most players to understand, and the Arena map is too simplistic, what type of map DO you want?

After reading here and playing the new WZ for a few hours, I see that most SWTOR players are just unable to understand objective play. The map isn't complicated. There isn't a lack of action. The people that I have found most frustrated are the ones that go to like Ancient Hypergate, cap the node, then leave it to go be a scoreboard hero. Then they say they have "some objective points" as an excuse. My last match I made top objective scores. I was rarely NOT fighting. Got a lot of action by going to a contested enemy point and fought there. It disrupts their score plus it gives you a good chance to fight. I am just not seeing where your complaints are coming from. Maybe it's cause I like to play the objectives so I understand that is where you are gonna find enemies.
