I have a JOB! I already pay $15 bucks a month (to pay EA/Bioware to develop new content. Why should subscribers pay a further $10 bucks (yes not alot of money) but still money regardless for 1 planet with NO Class story content at all. I payed $60 bucks for the game since game and since then i have subbed each and every month without fail. so that adds up to $240 bucks so far and a F2P player gets is all for FREE, with certain restrictions, if they choose to get rid of restrictions will it cost them over $240 i dont think so. Again why should i still SUB? if i still get slugged $10 bucks for something i should be given because for the $240 i have spent i damn well deserve it! All you people calling paying subs CHEAP because we choose to complain and UNSUB over $10 bucks its over principle and $240 to this day is a decent chunk of cash!

Yep i agree %100 about this. As i pay a SUB each month i would expect to be able to obtain cool loot through in-game methods. It the Sims store style, If you want the cool stuff then PAY real cash for it. Like we are all rolling in the Benjamins as EAware seems to think. But you will get the spoiled rich kids or cashed up players who will say "Its fine how it is" Well its not! Then people say well use your credits in game to buy off the GTN. Yeah for Outrageous prices that are listed on the market. Also the stuff we may want are not in the boxes, so who would spend cartel coins on an item (not in the boxes) only to list it on the GTN. Yep great way to hang on to your subs EAware. The 500 a month coin reward for subs is Insulting with no way of earning CC in game. I am not rich, have a mortgage to pay and family to support. I can not afford to blow my cash on your cartel coins. But i have been a pre-launch player supporting you from the get-go and not seems the "Pay to Win" or better still "Pay to get the cool stuff" model is for players with deeper pockets. FAIL!

How the hell is a Raid group wiping due to poor server performance "a minor annoyance"?? Healers abilities not firing off etc.. You can sit there and defend BW as much as you like and call people names, which i see a lot on these forums, your a douche bag.. hows that fit? Yes its Instance based issues, where the more people are the more the game lags but how do you expect a person to sit there and spam buttons and wipe because the server they are on is struggling with too many people in one area. I think the "it was PRE 1.5" is something that certain readers are not understanding! The game was fine when servers merged and at launch on Krath i logged in and queued to get into the full server and upon getting in it did not lag for me! Then the so called "Super servers" are made and now during peak times with many more players connected than the OLD servers my game lags.... SAME ISP, SAME PC, SAME EVERYTHING. Seriously it's laughable how many smart asses come onto the forums and just name call and say "Im not lagging with my 2 toons so there is no issue" when SO MANY PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT IT!!!! THERE IS AN ISSUE... POINT BLANK!

It is not Frame rate as i have a Gaming PC that is built for playing games on MAX graphics settings. I have tried turning the Graphics down to see if there is an improvement, There is no change... I am a Founding player and as i mentioned in another post on this issue that PRE F2P i did not have any Lag issues except on the fleet (200+ people) is understandable. I have been gaming online to know the difference between sloppy frame rates and LAG, i run Fraps and have monitored and asked a lot of people on the server if they are experiencing the same issues i will list. >Having to spam my abilities to get them to fire off. >Getting on and off my speeder sometimes takes 5 seconds. >A delay when executing an ability and it actually taking effect. >Driving around on my speeder and i have jerking response >Slow response from companions when in battle >Entering dialogue with NPC's can take 5 seconds. These are a few small examples and by far not all of the issues. And i will say it again PRE 1.5 WAS FINE! I quit PVP as its just not playable for me anymore with the lag. My ping spikes from 90ms to 600ms on regular ocassions. Now for the most important part. I had my ISP check my connection, had the phone company come to my place and run tests on my line to check for bad wiring and examine my wall plugs etc, this was to ensure the issue was not related to my HOME. As i mentioned my PC is a Gaming Rig less than a year old. I will finish by saying that i have been playing SWTOR every day since launch because i LOVE this game and i don't post on forums to piss BW or the community off, Just to let BW know there is a serious issue since my TICKET was ignored. I am frustrated and deservedly so since i have been a loyal supporter of this game and i feel that the server i am on is NOT coping with the high volume of players and the CRASHES (Numerous) proves that fact. So people who troll forums and post "Its your PC" comments are just laughable to me. THE SERVER IS LAGGING AND OVERLOADED. Peak time for me is now too frustrating to play on. Exactly. I wonder how many of the BW defenders play on The Harbinger during peak time. I have a kick *** gaming rig i built myself and runs every game on obscene high graphics settings, so take the "Its your PC or graphics card" rubbish and shove it. Since F2P the lag is horrid during "PEAK" times. I cant stand people crapping on folks for making valid threads about Lag and getting shot down like we are "Brainless Fools" who cant comprehend the requirements needed to play games online. In a Thread i made i had stated BEFORE F2P i had NO PROBLEMS! but still got the morons coming in and posting if your lagging then it is your PC and cheap internet connection. I feel some people are to stupid to READ the posts clearly before stroking their BW loving epeens and jumping to defense of BW. The subscribers are PAYING customers and deserve respect and a quality service and im sorry but if you feel that the state of the current server performance is satisfactory your are just plain ignorant. The priority of the devs right now should be achieving a quality service for its players Free or Sub. It needs to be addressed before an EVE style lag backlash happens. Spamming every damn ability to make sure it fires off so i don't die is a joke.

I made a thread about how unplayable Harbinger can be during peak. You do get the wiseguys who post "I'm not getting lag" but since free to play launched peak hours are indeed unbearable now Bioware obviously figured their "Super servers" would be more than able to cope but they are wrong. I am sick to death of spamming abilities to get them to fire off! I will wind up with Carpal tunnel syndrome at the rate im going. Bioware fix this problem and do it sooner rather than later please. As the Op said, its inexcusable. I have nothing against F2P players at all. I do have a problem paying $15 a month for a game i love that is now more Frustrating than enjoyable. I have closed the client in anger numerous times cursing the lag which prior to 1.4 was non existent to except obviously the fleet. Joveth.... Please respond to our concerns??? Loyal Founder!

I agree about subbers getting a boost as we are the ones who pay each month. Like the other poster some who like me have been since launch. I got 2900 CC at launch of F2P and blew them on the lotto packs and got crap. I have all level 50 toons so alot of it was pointless. I wanted a Kowakian monkey Lizzard but was unlucky. I have to wait until the month rolls over for another chance at MAYBE getting something my toons need or a rare pet. Well i guess us subbers will just have to think hard about weather its still worth it now that F2P players get 4 quickbars and 4 toon slots now.

Thanks heaps Bioware for loading my server with a bunch of F2P players to the point where i cant play anymore due to SEVERE lag during peak. Never had an issue before. The server has crashed numerous times! This is not my idea of fun. I am a founding player and i loved this game but its blatantly obvious that running an MMO that provides a constant reliable service is something that you fail at. The Harbinger is so bad my Guilds finding it frustrating and many are considering bailing on SWTOR for good. I ask you this Bioware.. Was it necessary to pile so many players onto this server to the point that many Sub players will throw in the towel due to the server not coping? I am unsubbing at the end of my month as i have seen mistake after mistake from the get-go. It seems you people will never learn from them and will blame the community for the mass exodus. To all the trolls who want to flame me, go ahead I speak only the truth and what i have experienced from the start. I see people mentioning lag in General chat all the time and i know the server crashes have been a huge hit with the fans. ........... Sigh.

I just wanna know where the "Substantial" content is exactly? Still got the same 4 Warzones for months now and wow a new daily hub... Whooptie doo Come on BW release more Ops content that tons of players never get to do XD

Yeah well i logged to spend my Cartel coins on a Crime lord cartel pack. I got the Throne and a few other items and Bam the *********** server crashed. I relogged and guess what.. my items where missing from my inventory and i was short the coins for the pack... So yeah getting old to me is an understatement. I want my *********** Throne Bioware you ******es. I opened 5 packs trying to get it and loose it because of your pathetic server structure. My days are seriously numbered and how im still here from launch shows my patience.

People who have Chars over two or so servers will just have to wait n see if BW offers paid xfers to anywhere. I moved 4 and lost 1 name. My legacy was intact as was ALL my stuff. I understand that some will be apprehensive but if your sever is a move from server, you have no choice but to move eventually. I can see the server staying around. The tool is very easy to use and it took me less than 5 mins to do all my chars. If picking a server you want to go to then you best contact bioware customer support and asking them if its possible. Seeing 280 people on the Fleet on Harbinger was great after Krath became a deadzone Good luck all and hope you get the sever you want.

There are legitimate issues sure, Half the complaint are from gamers wanting this to be a WOW clone, if u want WoW features then go play wow and let the Devs build on the game and let it grow for god sake.
