Penumbral is expanding more and more and MORE on its roleplaying. While to some of us its like opening up one of your all time favorite books to sit down and read again for others it will be a new and exciting style of RP that includes unique story-driven RPs that occur in game. These types of stories are created several days beforehand by Penumbral's own RP Department and not only open up entertainment for its participants but a real chance for interaction and exploration with stories regarding Penumbral itself. Citizens of the galaxy greetings and salutations! Here at Jen'Jidai we are not only part of the TOR community as a guild a larger gaming community itself - Legend Gaming. For more information check out our forum site here to figure out if JJ is a good fit for you.

As the Guild's Roleplaying Officer I have my fair share of the work as not only is Jen'Jidai one of the oldest established guilds on the sever but also one with one of the most developed RP history and structurally organized Roleplaying events both online and on our forums. --- To start with if you are a seasoned RP'er or one who wishes to take the plunge both myself and the other member's of our RP Dept are there to lend a hand if needed. --- In addition to PvP and PvE nights we have dedicated RP nights as well. Friday's are the RP department's official guild RP events that any guild member is welcome to join in on. Saturdays we meet up in the Nar Shaddaa Cantina to socialize with both our own characters and those from other guilds (Empire and Republic). --- It is also part of the RP department's job to ensure a continuing guild storyline. Our guild history dates back to 22 BTC (pre-launch) and has since then had several guild wide RP META stories. Our current one consists of twenty roleplayers with each of them posting in the RP weekly. It started back in Feb and it hasn't slowed down since. For anyone who understands how tough it is to keep people taking part in an RP they signed up for this is a very big accomplishment. --- Our RP work isn't all official of course. We have hundreds of RP stories both ongoing and archived on our forums with new ones becoming created monthly. The greatest part is that most of these have nothing to do with our RP department. These are guild members taking the initiative and doing this themselves and being active roleplayers and really showing the interest and value Jen'Jidai places in its Roleplaying and Lore. --- Finally there is still another aspect and that is our guild's RP wiki that my department is responsible for. Its a triumph not only for me and the current department but of past roleplaying members as well. We are a guild that is very well established and are on the lookout for more PvP and PvE players but Jen'Jidai's Roleplaying is thriving. So if you are an avid RPer looking for an Imperial guild to join know that we accept all types of RP characters. We don't specify or require a certain class or alignment. Here at JJ we do everything. Its a well balanced and very active. We have regular PvE raid nights, scheduled PvP nights, and an active RP Community both online and in our forums for those who enjoy that. So come check out the site for more information

We've been starting alt runs and runs for fresh 50s needing gear. Last night we did KP on HM and helped gear a bunch of people. It was really fun and gave new players their first chance at a big operation. It goes to show that even though we have strong progression operation teams that are constantly taking on the newest challenges commitment and dedication from our members are the real driving force behind our guild's success. Jen'Jidai is constantly changing and keeping up to date with ongoing events in TOR in order stay current. This includes helping new members. What we require out of people most is commitment. If a person shows they are on TOR doing dailies and participating in weekly raids day in and day out then they will find themselves a place here. I've been a member of JJ and LG since 2010 and its by far the best guild I've ever been in simply because it isn't a guild. It's a community.
