  1. No, what they shouldn't have done is nerfed gore if they planned on making it possible for assassins and powertechs to do 30k damage in 4 GCDs.
  2. Just went into a ranked warzone, full 168 gear. CCed, jumped by a jugg and a sin. Dead in 3 seconds. Literally no point in playing a marauder in ranked with the way other classes have had their burst buffed.
  3. Played 2, lost 2 as a marauder. Shame the second one was the Makeb arena, which dropped me to 0.1 FPS despite me having a GTX 770, FX-8120, 8GBs of RAM and an SSD. How the hell they STILL haven't bothered to fix the frame rate drops there is beyond me. Oh, and the Makeb one had a guy in full 186s. Gear check BioWare.. please
  4. Please say you're not "fixing" this on PvP servers. This has resulted in some of the best battles I've seen - had about 15 people from each faction fighting it out the other day.

With that said, your last sentence is incredibly ironic given that you've quoted every single post that disagrees with you and hurled abuse at them. Back to the topic: I have a level 55 of every imperial class. I logged into my level 15 assassin yesterday and saw that he was parked on the bridge near the Revanite's Camp. I then logged off because the prospect of leveling without the 12x experience boost made me want to commit suicide.
  6. The Exhumed Challenger's Lightsaber and the Exhumed Weaponmaster's Offhand Saber both have 150 expertise on them. Upon entering a warzone, this popup is shown: http://i.imgur.com/hDN9Z7w.jpg This appears to be the case for all PvP weapons.

  9. I did the prelude (completed forged alliances from scratch) on my sorc and I was level 57 before I even got to Rishi
  10. Guys, do I want to take the weaponmaster PvP gear? The mainhand has crit and surge, whereas in the past I've always looked for power.
  11. 700k damage, carnage marauder. First match at level 60 in full PvE gear. Not sure what people are complaining about tbh.
  12. It worked during PTS. On a related note, when he gets to 65% let him kill you and then wait for him to kill all your allies. Then spawn on the med probe and start it again. Get to 35%, let him kill you and all your allies again. Third time, he'll skip the mechanic entirely and you can complete the fight.
  13. Eric, in the future please ask the team to reduce the costs to 1 credit or even free when such substantial changes are being made. I've spent hundreds of thousands of credits on one character alone - god forbid how much I'll have to spend on my 11 other alts.

  15. So I hadn't finished the Forged Alliances quest when I started Rishi the first time. I was on to part III. I went to Rishi and completed my story then, then went to Yavin 4 and did the story there. I then completed Legacy of the Rataka, which in turn gave me the Shadow of Revan introductory quest. Having completed that, I'm now playing through the Rishi story again. Whilst this is useful, given that the SoR expansion only gives you enough experience to get to level 59, I'm sure this is not intended.
  16. All story + side missions take ~8 hours. 1.5 hours per operation + 2 flashpoints at 30 minutes each. I'd say around 15 hours content overall.
  17. It's because the cap for the number of players per instance is too high. They reduced it on Rishi and it solved the problem. They just need to do it on Yavin too.
  18. Either the respawn timer for the boss is insanely long or this is bugged. Been standing at the tree for half an hour, no dice.
  19. The issue isn't just with flashpoints, Tait. Instances of Rishi with 80+ people are a hellhole of lag.
  20. On Rishi it's currently set into the hundreds. The game engine cannot handle that many people on a map so large. Please reduce it, it should alleviate some of the lag issues (think back to Makeb). EDIT: just transferred to an instance with less people in it and I've got barely any lag at all.
  21. A number of issues have been fixed, and I've been playing the live game for 30 minutes so far. The issue here is likely the instance cap, which is set into the 100s. The game engine cannot handle 110 people on one instance. They need to take the servers down, reduce the cap on an instance and bring them up again.
  22. 1. People throwing games - If you use /stuck whilst in an arena you receive a buff that prevents you from queuing for warzones for 12 hours. 2. Must have 2018 expertise to queue for ranked - Prevents people from trolling/PvE'ers ruining games to get the rewards. Both of those should be simple if statements attached to a couple of existing functions in code. If not, then the engine is more screwed than I thought.
  23. Not sure why you guys didn't choose to launch on a Friday. Releasing on a Tuesday when everyone is at work/school? Seems a bit like you guys don't want to make a deal out of the expansion when you should be screaming it from the rooftops.
