Both Subscribers and F2P get Fleet Requisition. As stated in the post, a small amount of Ship Requisition earned in each battle will be converted into Fleet Requisition. Now those who want to speed up that process and convert a whole bunch of SR into FR can spend CC's to do so. It's more "Pay-To-Speed-Up" than "Pay-To-Win". Which is completely fair, in my opinion. I, for one, am very much looking forward to probably skipping work on Wednesday to play more SPvP. (Just kidding... probably...)

Sheesh people. If you don't like it, then don't buy it. It's as simple as that. If Bioware sees that it isn't being bought at all, do you think they're just going to leave it there? Personally I don't mind having something like this as it is superficial to the game and I wouldn't really buy any anyways. Some people have been saying that you might pay tons of Cartel Coins to get certain items anyways, so this is their answer. Either spend or don't spend, but don't complain about it in the process.

I'm sure someone has posted about this before me, but I would like to put forward a request to make having multiple guildmasters possible. My guild has 3 founders, and that I should be the only one to wear the title and the privileges isn't really fair. Otherwise, it would be nice to extend the guild permissions list so that I could give the other 2 founders guildmaster privileges as well. Either way would work. Comments or suggestions anyone?
