    What if after that one-time purchase of an Authorization, you became premium again, and after that you cancel your subscription back to Preferred Status? Do you lose again your ability to equip new Artifacts acquired after that? In other words, Do you need a second one-time purchase of the Authorization?

    I'm having the same problem. I'm level 50 and there is no "New Codex Entry" tooltip on screen. I don't know if this is related to be level 50 or just a bug. I hope they fix it, because I liked that "achievement like" of those tooltips
