  1. I'm really trying to enjoy this game. And i do...but I got 7 alts to play, and i arrived to a point that i don't know which character to play when i log in, because it feels i have to do the same things again, again and again.....and again. There is no replayability, i play this game casually because it's just WoW all over again, and i can't stand playing a game that it feels the same game that i played for 5 years. Keep in mind: with this i don't want to say that i don't like the game. I find the talent tree very boring too, it's all about "increase this by 3%" or "reduce cooldown by %" . I want the skill trees from SWG, i want to choose which weapons to use and specialize with it. For example i love double-bladed lightsabers, but why do i have to play a Shadow/Assassin to have it? I want to have it on my Knight! I'm sorry but SWG pre-CU was the best.
  2. Yeah, let's miss a part of the game because you can't get one datacron.
  3. I created a Smuggler looking forward to Gunslinger and a nice look
  4. Thanks for the replies. About the Scoundrel. I leveled an Imperial Agent to level 25 (Operative) and i don't really see the purpose of this advanced class except for healing. Do you have to stay melee if dps, or ranged with a blaster rifle? About the Commando. So are you guys saying that whoever says that the class is all about 3-4 abilities, needs to learn to play correctly? And about normal questing, is he really that powerful that you kill all the stuff with a few abilities? I also love the outfit of the Trooper, really soldier-like. Smuggler feels more like western movies
  5. Hello, I tried all classes, and the two that remains are the Smuggler and the Trooper. Ok i will be frank, I leveled a Vanguard to 19 but i find it too boring for my playstyle. I like fast-paced combat with a nice plethora of useful abilities to use when needed. I like the atmosphere of freedom that distinguish the Smuggler from the other classes, but i'm not sure if i will like the gameplay of it. Is the Smuggler (especially the Gunslinger) fun to play? Do i earn a huge amount of credits? About the Trooper, i always wanted to play a Commando, it feels like an heavy soldier with an heavy gun and stuff, but i read on the forum that it's not really fun to play with, that you get to use only 3-4 abilities and that's all. Can you help me to decide?
  6. You know they will not. You see? You said what i stated. You want TOR to be a WoW clone. The community doesn't want that.
  7. Are you playing WoW or TOR lol? I'm asking because your acting (and not only yours) towards this discussion demonstrates that you want the same identical features, copy-pasted from WoW to TOR.
  8. Exactly. cross-server LFG Tool kills the need to make friends to work for the same cause, guilds are not even necessary. You just queue up, run flashpoint without saying a single word, take your loot (or eventually see it ninjaed by someone without nothing to stop him from doing that) and leave. Same with Ops eventually. Do you people really like that kind of playing? Come on. On SWTOR we don't need the breed that WoW playstyle created. We don't need you and we don't need your antisocial ideas.
  9. ahahaha, do you think the community is more mature in this game to handle the LFG Tool properly cross-server? You got a fancy imagination.
  10. There's nothing more to add. No cross-server LFG Tool please.
  11. As long as it doesn't group me with people from other servers, i'm in.
  12. The best was SWG pre-CU, but this comes easily as the best Star Wars game of our times.
  13. This thread fails in so many ways, that an entire day would not be sufficient to explain why.
  14. Hello, First of all, sorry for my english. I would like to introduce you to my idea that can greatly enhance the game for us Force users. JEDI/SITH ACADEMY: When you unlock it? At level 50, right after you finish your class story. How does it begin? After level 50, the Jedi Council/Sith Academy calls you for a meeting. *Add GDR dialogues here* After that, you can get your own Padawans/Apprentices. At first, you get only one Padawan/Apprendice to train, but then, when you become more and more wise and powerful, you will get under your wing more Padawans/Apprentices. How does it work? My idea is that you choose the name of your Force users you get to train, their personality (that would influence the light side/dark side of your Padawan/Apprentice, i will explain later), what they will become. You can talk to him/her like a companion, and teach them how to use the Force in both peaceful and damaging ways. CLASSES: There will be 25 levels. You get to choose the class of your Padawan/Apprentice after the basic training (level 9) I think there's no need to add new classes, you can use the specializations currently in game, with an exception: You can choose which type of weapon they will wield. Example: Your Padawan reach level 9. Now, after an event that is of great importance for him, you choose that he will be a Jedi Sentinel with a double-bladed lightsaber. What happens: During this GDR experience, you can equip your student just like you equip yourself. He/she will earn credits, gear and reputation just like you. When he/she reach level 25, you can send them to EPIC JOURNEY missions. EPIC JOURNEY missions are very different from the classic quests you get to complete. There will be two Epic Journey missions, and you have to select one each day. Still don't have a name for these. EPIC QUEST ONE: You and your student will explore the galaxy and will help any allied player that is traveling on the same planet you send your Padawan/Apprentice. Example: A level 26 player on Tatooine is in danger, he pulled too much monsters and will die if someone doesn't come to help him. You and your student are wandering in the same zone the player is. You charge on the enemy and kill them. The player is saved, and if it's not, the kills will be granted on the defeated person. During his/her travels with you, your students encounter various rare relics, weapons and armor, the will be gifted to you after the journey. The relics/weapons/armor discovered will be based on how many people will be "saved". The more, the better. EPIC QUEST TWO Space Missions. You can put your Padawan/Apprentice into a queue. Other players (you can too) can click an option that will allow other students to join you during your space missions. The objective is to make high-levels missions easier to complete and much less boring to do each day. You can put yourself on a queue too, and act the same manner as your Padawan/Apprentice. The reward system is the same as the Quest One. The relics/weapons/armor discovered will be based on how many people will be "saved", spaceship equipment is included here. The more, the better. What do you think?
  15. I would be a Jedi Knight living on Tython, studying the ways of the Force, training my lightsabers techniques and be a thoughtful Master for my padawan. In the meanwhile, i will start thinking on how to rebuild the Academy on Dantooine.
  16. Please, can anyone explain to me why EP1 is so bad? All i see is people saying that it's a bad prequel because a random guy on the internet said it, but i have yet to see real explanations about that. Really, i just read five pages of "yeah it's bad, and it's a FACT" well, what are your facts?
