  1. Now let's hold it there if you want to parse higher play an actual DPS spec not a hybrid DPS because that's what Operatives, Sorcerers and Mercenaries are no matter how much you like it that's what it is.

Same goes for Juggernauts, Powertechs and Assassins they're a hybrid DPS spec.

No matter how many of you want to argue that is the truth you wanted to know.

    SWTOR doesn't have hybrid classes.

Bioware devs have officially stated that the true melee DPS is Marauders and range DPS is Sniper (Insert mirror classes here) that is why the DPS is higher they will always be top parsing.

Nah, they said the opposite of that, as shown by someone else above.

  2. The fights were fun, but I'm really disappointed in how nothing I did mattered, and nothing was resolved. Everything after chapter 16 is exactly the same as it was pre-16.

It was supposed to be some sort of conclusion, and it was nothing of the sort.

  3. My best:

I got the Imperator's Command Hoverchair for 20m from GTN 2 months ago. I really hoped to get one and couldn't even believe my eyes when I saw it. Glad I was quick enough to buy it out. :)

    How about you?

Hah! That exact deal happened to me, too. I didn't keep it though. I resold it for 60m.

  4. If you can't find mando gear on the GTN cheap (although you should easily be able to because there are so many sets), you can also earn some by doing the monthly Bounty Hunting event (any class can do it) and when you get enough rep you can buy many gear for credits off the vendors there.

I looked on my server (Harbinger) and you can buy this set http://dulfy.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/swtor-mandalorian-seeker-armor-set-male.jpg for under a million credits. I see the helmet for 285,000.

  5. Not that I'm agreeing with a 15mill cap or any cap, I just think your reasoning on why it wouldn't work is somewhat flawed, especially when there is an increase to supply.

But we've seen how this goes, multiple times because of gold armor packs so there's no need to theorize or guess. The price will drop, but then it'll go back up because the supply never even comes close to matching the demand before they're gone again.

Besides, what are you even talking about? A credit cap doesn't increase supply at all.

  6. Ok first off not very good at economics and when people try to explain it....it still seems illogical but maybe you could try explaining it a different way?

How would putting a cap on all the gold and platinum items of 10, ok fine, 15 million be a bad thing and become a barter system? The people who got lucky in the packs or who bought it cheaper and then resold for 10-15 million are still getting 10-15 million per piece and the people who want it for their collections would know the amount of time they would have to farm for credits and know that in the time they are farming the price will not go up, it will stay the same or even go down, both parties are happy? And how would it be worse for me?

Because let's say I have a lightning tuning for sale. I don't want to sell it for 15 million credits. I think it's worth much more than that. So what do I do? I go to trade chat on the fleet and offer it instead of on the GTN. I KNOW someone will pay more than 15 million credits for it, so why not?

If you then decide to head that off by capping credit trades between players at 15 million too, I'll start offering the tuning only in exchange for something of equal value (in this case, the tunings regularly sell for 40 million). I'll want a Tulak Hord lower body set, or a different tuning, or a couple hypercrates, etc.

Your idea makes it even harder for YOU to buy these things.

  7. Yeah...you kinda do now, that is why they reduced the credits for heroics, because to many credits were influxing the game. Did you not watch the livestream? They said themselves. They reduced it because people were getting to much money.

Doing heroics solo isn't the best way to make money. You get three or four times the payout if you do them in a group, and that was untouched by the nerf.
