    In my experience with customer service they have been very helpful and patient with my requests even though both the times it was entirely my fault. I think the anonymous user syndrome makes people forget that customer service reps are real people who are doing their job and should be treated with respect. People with poor attitudes usually get poor service.

    I do not think there is anything wrong with Tumult, but I also know what you are saying. In other games there were usually abilities with cooldowns that allowed an ability or abilities to ignore conditionals. Would that be agreeable? Could be something they could throw in as a reward for reaching a certain legacy level or something.

    Well I don't hop onto hype trains so my expectaions were the same for every game I look forward to. I believe Bioware has delivered magnificently. I have really enjoyed the two weeks I have been playing the game and will continue to play it. I also look forward to the things they plan on bringing over the years.

    The OP listed things the HeroEngine is capable of asking why they weren't in game. It was a design decision they made many years ago to make the worlds more static in appearance. They never said there was going to be dynamic weather, so why would anyone expect there to be. Afterall, this isn't SWG.

    There is weather. I have seen rain, snow and fog.
