You really don't need insulation it adds like 2% reduction to your armor. That 30/11 build is horrible though

Much better how it is now with absolutely no way to see what kind of damage you deal or take good idea why don't we go a step further and take the numbers off the skills too we aren't WoW here we don't need it all spoon fed lets take away numbers popping up when we deal damage too I don't need to see that i'm not playing a Paladin here

??? Getting the 75k and 2.5k ones are very very easy the 5k one is pretty hard unless you get an expertise buff and the 300k one depends on the game but that doesn't really matter since there's three protection medals you can get just by taunting :S

The static charge buff isn't your charge procing its your static charge buff procing it has no limit on how often it can proc and can proc more than once on saber strike because saber strike hits more than once. The heal is what shouldn't be proccing more than once every 1.5 seconds

It does seem to be lower than 45% though I haven't tested it

NM soa drops tionese weapons so HM soa should drop columi weapons, those weapons are bugged though they should get nerfed soonish :S

It's pretty situational when you're max level with everything but it still has uses plus when you're 4 set in stalker gear you get another recklessness charge so if you don't proc the chain shock you're left with one that can be used on the lightning can crit for 1k every tick and it still has the snare

I'm in champ gear and shock hits for high 4k with relic you're doing something wrong

Deception is fine PvE damage Voltaic Slash twice, Maul whenever it comes up, Shock/Discharge as applicable and pop relics overcharge and recklessness whenever. Plus you don't have to worry too much about damaging too much and getting aggro since if you do you can just cloak and continue
