  1. Besides, Community Managers or Dev's don't RESPOND to the forums. Heck, they don't even READ them I bet. You can rest assured that this post will be lost in the sea of other people voice their opinions on how to make this game better. How to unlock it's potential and not lose 75% of the subscription base in 3 months, which is where they are headed. No one wants to root against BW. But this is like KOTR w/ a chat box, not a MMO.
  2. Most of these are very valid points. If you disagree, you've yet to play a GOOD MMO. There's a few out there, try a free 2 week trial and you'll see what this game is lacking in 1 day or less. Most of us are vet MMO players. Speaking personally, I'm not some punk kid who plays this after school. I'm an adult gamer, I'm 30 year old. Been playing games online since Diablo 1 circa 1997. I had high hopes when this came out and I'm sorry to have to complain about it. Keep in mind that this is in an effort to have things fixed that need to be. How hard can it be to make it so you can click on someone's name and it shows what class and level they are? I mean really.. did the dev's ever play a MMO? That's a basic feature of the UI.
  3. If you have to ask, you'll never know.
  4. I can't believe how bad Space is. After playing JTL, what a let-down.
  5. Okay now, we'll have no TROLLING here. This is a serious post!!
  6. That I have old quests in my log from 30 levels ago that I cannot abandon.
  7. I'm going to start this in hopes *some* of it gets addressed. Things like this make me think the original developers never played a real MMO... I can't believe... You can't invite people to a group form the Guild window! You can't click on a name in the chat window and see their class/level! When you que for WZ's w/ a "pre-made" group it disbands and you have to reform after each WZ!
  8. Nice vid. If you're the Toothsome I'm thinking on, your Asmo was hotter.
  9. /Signed I come from Aion, from one of the top PvP legions in the game. This aspect of SWTOR is a let down for sure. I came here planning to PvP. As it is now we are forced into making 4 man pre-mades to do the two objective based instances or get broken up anyway in Hutball while you pull your hair out watching PUG's run the wrong way and not pass. Couple things I'd like to point out as well: 1) The current rewards from the instanced PvP are junk, so let's not get carried away asking for more of those. The stuff you get is all just stats. Eventually you'll be able just farm high level instances in PvE and get the same junk. To me, PvP rewards should have something to do w/ PvP, like +X% PvP attack or -X%PvP damage on gear. They aren't even bonus stats or set bonuses on the PvP sets as it is right now. It's just the best stats at lvl 20, 40, and 50. So... You get a full "PvP set" @ 20, then 4 runs in Athis gets you better stuff. FAIL. I want kill counts, titles, kill/death ratios, and class stats for PvP. 2) So far this thread has 25 pages and counting.. and NOT ONE REPLY FROM A DEV. I think it's almost SCARY that no one at BW is literally RUNNING to a computer to address this thread and say "We hear you, loud and clear, and in the future we'll be adding/changing.... this, this and this". I'd even be happy with "We ****ed up, sorry. We're working on a solution".
  10. I use a Naga. The bottom rows are the standard 1 to =(12), the next ones up are SHIFT+1 to SHIFT+12. The right side bar is number hot keyed to ALT+1 - ALT+12 for heals and self buffs and the left side bar is CTRL+1 - CTRL+12 for those abilities. Click Scroll Wheel is to look behind you, and the two "Button 4/5" on the left mouse bottom are for auto run/stop. I also hot keyed the marks using CTRL+Button4/CTRL+Button5, SHIFT+Button4/SHIFT+Button5, ALT+Button4/ALT+Button5. If you find a way to fill every slot with something, skills, heals, stims, buffs, marks, armor switch, weapon switch you'll have 48 boxes. You can bind all 48 to the Naga with the standard row 1-12, CTRL+1 - CTRL+12, SHIFT+1 - SHIFT+12, ALT+1 - ALT+12. Once you get used to using your thumb to press all 12 of the buttons, it's a cakewalk. Started using with Aion. Now I can't imagine playing a MMO w/o my Naga.
