I selected the story mode going through the latest 5.0 quests. My carpal tunnel is a mess so I never choose veteran. The timed save the ship from the bomb is simply not working for me. Targeting seems very dodgy and I am not able to complete this part of the mission. I have run through here 8 or 9 times already. Is there something I am missing?

I love this character and the story they put you through. I have a 60 sage and frankly it wasn't nearly as engaging a story as this one and I am only 42. Great acting, the surprises keep on coming. Thanks bw!

Just got back after over a more than a year's absence. I completely absolutely love this expansion. It is fantastic. Made 60 last night and if this is typical TOR then I am subbed for the duration. Great job, great fun. Wow.

Seriously what do you think it takes to run an MMO? What is the average salary of a programmer, artist, actor, sound engineer. How much does it cost to maintain and lease an OC12? 100,000 per month? I realize that they opened the game up to F2P gamers, and many have started to Sub or bought items from the cartel. Isn't the real issue that the game remains solvent, alive and growing? Give me f2p anyday if I can find a group for a flashpoint or heroic vs how it was.

I don't care if I have to buy it at the cartel, but of all the suggestions I can think of, this is the one having the greatest utility for all players. Throughout the Makeb expansion, I have been questing using a force balanced skill tree, but I got into a flash point and had to run over to fleet redo my skill tree and then head to the FP.. What you really mean is if the tank knows what hes doing. I have to say, most tanks do. (Ed). Aggro control can let me heal, bubble, attack and even take a sip of water! Bad aggro control just makes it very expensive to repair all that armor.

For ever, or at least since the game started I have played a seer based sage. Now, in the very near future, we will have the opportunity to do some fun leveling and questing. To my question: Is there a decent DPS build for this class? I can always have Theran do some side-healing if I can do some damage.

I feel your pain, I couldn't kill him or the Counselor so I did what I should have done before 10 deaths. I asked for help. The nicest Sentinel came by and we or rather he destroyed the place and I finished the quest. Sometimes you get by with a little help from your friends. Yes it is both evil and venal, and goes into area that is perhaps one of the reasons that the empire failed and was luckily overcome in a few thousand years. I am playing a Sith Juggernaut and I am enjoying the story at least up to my level (12). I fully understand the concept of slave with all that entails. I do not shock Vette nor treat her as if she is my slave, rather a taciturn partner. There is no monkey business going on there, I want her full functional to save my life with her very admirable gunslinging expertise. Neither do I expect a video game to make me seriously take a concept like sexual violence against women or men any further than it has to to show how very ingrained abuse/violence and hatred drives this very twisted and malevolent culture. The dark side is and can be a horrifying task master and lover. One wonders how any culture can florish in the face of such unmittigated and emotionally charged atmosphere yet, after thousands of years it does, somewhat. Also, I wonder how any culture controlled by unemotional, and disconnected light side force users functions as well. We are a gray people. I started fighting Stark when I first got the quest. I was 15,10 and change.. 43 I died died and died.. My last fight was at 46: 32, 2, 2 full seer. Died after a protracted fight that went on for a LONG time.. Net take away.. Bring more guys.. Brought level 50 guildie, a guardian, waisted Stark in 2 minutes or under.. Back in beta.. Some of the quests were so difficult.. they were nearly impossible.. sand and blood, 4 + elites in a small cave.. Enemies of the republic...these where adjusted they are almost easy now.. I even healed EoTR, with my Scoundrel! A scoundrel!! hehe They are adjusting things.. I have bug reported Stark 2x and followed through with Email.. They know there is a bug, and they know it is very tuff to bring Nadia there and have her do enough damage.. ok .. rant/ off Mal

I also played from beta through 2007. It was a great game and I had a super time as a master doctor. I had crafting plants and miners on all the planets that I could find. I had a good reputation on Bria and Intrepid where I started.. and did as much as I could to make and sell good meds. The breakthrough in Jedi making, Not CU, Not NGE, messed it up for me.. soon everyone was no longer fighting imperials or rebels they were actively grinding meds. I sold lots of base materials but, we lost so much.. We lost the companionship when most of use doc's would stay in the hospitals and heal you all for tips of stat damage etc.. I even became a dancer on another server to heal that too.. it was fun..but all for nothing people had to be jedi... Great Wookie BH became so-so wookie jedi. and on and on. Somewhere on the no longer functioning SOE servers is my character Simae Opae Master doctor with thousands of components from all the worlds.. It is a shame that 1 FS slot wasnt just given to people. Let them get it out of their systems.. SWG ended when everyone threw away all they knew and started to be jedi.. mal

Revan and Malak were young Jedi, 300 years before the current date. They were both friends and had amazing connection to the force. They went into an Old Temple which gave them a hint about the Endless Empire. There was a war going on then with the Mandalorian vs the Republic, probably started or supported by the empire. The Jedi Council voted Not to involve themselves in this war and denied Revan's request to help the republic. He and Malik went anyway.. They beat Mandalore at Malachore V.. (sp) Sorry I get fuzzy here.. so help if you know the story from playing Kotor1 Afterwards they continue on the trail of the true culprit the emperor. They come back as Darth's. Having failed to beat him. My current sage is 43, my previous shadow in beta was 48, also in beta my sorc was 39. This is a great class, shadow or sage, sorc or assassin. Personally, I like the empire's story a bit more simply because it is just so great coming up as the underdog. Don't forget to give yourself a bit of damage.. If you go total seer, you will take a bit longer to kill mobs. I went up the damage side a bit as well to add punch to my character. When running higher level FP's like the Taral V + Prisoner, the Dots really help.. mal
