  1. Hi I Andynul#8467 sent you a friend request on discord and would like to get in touch with you on this subject.
  2. Again another yellow post that is confusing on the details. Question 1: Can this all be completed on One (1) Character OR do we have to play both FACTIONS in which case would thatt mean we have to complete it on two (2) characters. Question 2: Complete Act 1-3 on same class does this mean if I choose to play the Sith Warrior story I Must complete the story line as a Sith Marauder/Sith Juggernaunt for it to count ? OR can I play the Sith Warrior story as a Sith Sorcerer/Sith Assassin and would that still count. Question 3: There is the ability to story skip KOTFE/KOTET Story. If I Story Skip past KOTFE/KOTET but come back to the selected chapter will that count to the rewards, OR would I be REQUIRED to play through the entire KOTFE/KOTET story for it to count for the rewards. Question 4: There is additional story content such as Zoist, and the traitor arc in between KOTET and Ossus will we have to do these extra story for the rewards to count. Question 5: Do we have to complete a PvP Weekly, and a Heroic Weekly, and a Flashpoint Weekly for the rewards to count OR can we complete just one of these weeklies to count for the reward. Question 6: I have completed a Operation Weekly I did not used the groupfinder when completing said weekly in this most recent PTS Cycle does the Operation Weeklies count towards the rewards.

I wanted to do a test on the same scenario from server to server As I played through I noticed ALOT of things that could be improved to make a better user experience in particular the way the Tutorial is used. A few differences in my gameplays was that I did have a fully unlocked inventory space on live server which meant I didn’t have to vendor as often as I had to on PTS. I did have all my class buffs, datacrons and a few more offensive abilities which might be the reason I killed a little less mobs on live than on pts and why I had to do an extra mission on the PTS to be at the same spot. I also had to heal less on Live than on PTS. If I had not gotten 150% stronghold bonus on PTS I would have also not completed conquest or ended at level 15 on PTS. The Game play from Live and PTS is virtually the same. The RNG of damage, experience and loot drops was virtually not that different . Message to the Devs As a Veteran player who has played though several testing cycles we as players have been always asked to test how the experience is from a level 1 . I want the Devs to listen and listen VERY Carefully IT DOES NOT CHANGE. With the quality of life changes to how companions don’t need gear and placed as default in heals stance make the incoming player base or those rolling new alts can play the game with little effort. The game does not challenge players when doing story content, exploration missions or heroics. If a player knows or learns how to turn the Explorations missions on then they can get some extra levels in other than that if you just do story content the player will get enough levels to get max’s levels before level sync kicks in. Please stop asking players to test this experience as that should be the job for the QA team. We should be testing the bugs and endgame experience of the newest content. Tutorial System PLEASE UPDATE . The tutorial system that is implemented in the Knights of the Fallen Empire Chapter 1 with giving the players abilities and teaching the players how to play the game throughout the chapter with interrupts and uses of defensives. The new player tutorial system that is set up at the start of the game does NOT give this great information which makes the incoming player base suffer from information that is not available. At the same time the Tutorial information that is given at the start of the game is not updated with newer/updated pictures as references or even some of the new systems on how they work. Last Notes While I made a compare pts and live table using the same class I did test Sith Warrior Story as a Sith Sorcerer and had the same experience as a Sorcerer as I did with the Juggernaut class. The Devs need to stop asking players to test the experience when it does not change and have players test the new/endgame content. Get a QA team to test content thats been in game for 10 years. Update information for new incoming players.
  4. Let me start with PvP first while I was not able to have a que pop for a pvp match I have reservations on the currency cap for the Thyrsian Production Accelerant. Without knowning how much you can get from a win/lose from unranked/ranked games, the Max cap of 1,500 is far to low when the Weeklies of Solo Ranked gives 1,000 and Group Ranked gives 2,000. You wont even get all the currency of either weekly due to the weekly cap is set to 500 and if you over any excess currency is dropped to 0. In Terms of Currency Caps I'd recommend the followwing: Upping All Max Cap of all currencies to 5,000 Upping All Weekly Cap of all currencies to 1,000 Lowering the currency of the Group Ranked PvP Weekly to 1,000 Thyrsian Production Accelerant If Medal of Commendation (Conquest Reward) weekly cap is keept to 600 that will mean for players to only do 3 toons meet personal conquest goals. While the personal conquest goal went up from 50,000 to 100,000 anyone with stronghold bonus 150% this wont matter to much to them. As this currancy is one of two of the main currencies this should have just a bit more room for players to play with when upgrading gear throught the week when doing any content. I was able to do at least 5 toons thro conquest with room to do more. Over the weekend I was able to get a group together to test raids and such. We did TC SM GF 1/8 was fully 14 augmented with 110.00% , 1/8 was Item Rating 322, 7/8 where Item rating 318. While it took 4 mins longer than on live at the moment it felt the same as live. We had a time constrant we tried to do NiM Nefra. We got to about 55% on Nefra before whipping we had double sorcerer healers both saying they where having resource management issues. When we got gear from the TC only 2/8 members had got gear. The RNG of the gear should be about half the team of getting gear. I tested the new flashpoint on vet mode solo. I started as a Assassin DPS, but then swapped to Juggy DPS. The bonus boss should drop loot. The 1st 2nd and bonus where fairly decent in a challenge. the 2nd encounter however didnt end the encounter after the boss died. Malgus was 100% undertuned you can 100% avoid all damage and mechanics, He needs to be buffed by bout 10-15%. I tested the gear dropped from other flashpoints which seemed like still a little bit of RNG but seemed ok.

  18. This newest pts refresh has been a refresh that I've been looking forward to seeing since they released the refresh notes. A good amount of the changes I believe should have been apart of the implementation from the very start. As each of the new refreshes fix/change to the Duxn encounters and more people clear the encounters don't come back to pts making it harder for me to pug into one and test new changes. So I have not been able to see the new changes to the encounters and see if gear drops. Vendors Gear and Prices: Kai Zykken: Random Items (Gear comes with Mods equal to or higher IRating) Friday - Monday Priced at 1,500 Tech Fragments and 1,000,000 Credits Kai Zykken: Unidentified Unique Item (Gear comes with Mods equal to or higher IRating) Friday - Monday Priced at 1,000 Tech Fragments and 500,000 Credits Class Vendors (Agent/Bounty Hunter/Inquisitor/Warrior): Set Bonus Shells WITH NO MODIFICATIONS and Tacticals Priced at 3,000 Tech Fragments and 1,000,000 Credits Takanna Vendor (RNG Unidentified Items) Armouring 300 Tech Fragments Barrel 375 Tech Fragments Hilt 375 Tech Fragments Mod 300 Tech Fragments Enhancement 300 Tech Fragments Equipment 250 Tech Fragments Head 350 Tech Fragments Chest 350 Tech Fragments Bracer 325 Tech Fragments Gloves 350 Tech Fragments Belt 325 Tech Fragments Legs 350 Tech Fragments Boots 350 Tech Fragments Ear 325 Tech Fragments Implant 325 Tech Fragments Relics 325 Tech Fragments Main Hand 450 Tech Fragments Off Hand 450 Tech Fragments This Refresh gear off Takanna has been updated to be more fair all the gear you get can be the same IRating or Higher. All the Main Hands and Off Hands now come Moddable but the Modifications that you can get in the Weapons are RNG with the IRating for each of the Modifications. Sadly they increased the price of the weapons from 375 Tech Fragments to 450 Tech Fragments. My experiences from buying a Main Hand at times I sometimes would receive an Off Hand. I no longer receive different types of weapons that my class was not able to use like a Juggernaut receiving a Assault Cannon. As a Tank I would receive DPS Stat Accuracy Enhancements in the Main Hand and Off Hand. I should only be getting Shield or Absorption stat Enhancements as a tank. The Weapons can change the colour levels Premium/Prototype/Artifice/Legendary with the different IRating Modifications in them Right Hand Side Gear can be Static Onderonian, Moddable Sha'tek with RNG Modifications, or Set Bonus gear with RNG Modifications. There was an Instance where I received an Agent Set Bonus Gloves while on a Juggernaut in Tank spec. Outside the one agent gloves the rest of the gear was an the same or an upgrade. No side grades or downgrades. They took away buying random Modifications and added in buying each of the Modification Slots. This Change is among the best changes they made giving the players the ability to get different Modifications for any of the slots that you need for the same IRating or higher The problem I have is that in the PTS Notes Musco " Takanna will now sell mods by type. Reminder that anything you purchase from Takanna will always be for your current Discipline and of a higher rating than your character's current average." I was receiving modifications that was not directed to my current discipline. I was getting modifications the same or higher IRating but it didn't matter if I was Tank, DPS, or Heals the Modifications was RNG Random, I could be a DPS spec and get Tank Modifications. THE TECH FRAGMENT 3,000 CAP NEEDS TO BE 100% GONE. DEVS THIS CHANGE HAS TO BE HAPPEN. THERE IS NO REASON WHY THERE SHOULD STILL BE THIS CAP. We use the Tech Fragments as Legacy currency to be used to buy everything from weapons, set bonuses, tacticals, and modifications. Limiting us on the amount we can carry in our currency tab makes us have to REALLY think HARD on how spend their currency. There will be arguments saying different but with the amount of RNG you get from Takanna and the HIGH Prices on the Class Set Bonus/Tacticals and the different types of play styles and the low amount of Tech Fragments rewarded from Content does not support any such argument to counter my thoughts/argument. While Soloing Hammer Station I would get 30 Tech Fragments when picking up loot from each boss. When in a group of two I would receive 15 Tech Fragments as I pick up my personal loot and would get an additional 15 Tech Fragments when the other person picked up their loot. 30 Tech Fragments is already low amount but the fact that the max amount of currency that a player gets splits the more players in the group should not be a thing. What happens if there is a DC or someone forgets to pick up their gear then everyone is cheated out of currency that they should have received as personal loot. If this stays in this could be used to troll raid and flashpoint groups. Group Loot should be gear and Tacticals not a crafting bag full of crafting materials. That was a step backwards. Personal Loot is great getting Same or upgrades on gear and having mods drop alot more however the drops are RNG Modification so u can get tanking and dps modifications.
  19. PTS 2.0 Cycle has given the community a look at how to obtain gear and allowing us to provide feedback, here is my experience. - Item Rating/IRating = IR - Tech Fragments = TF By now most have seen my such lovely picture of the 19 tiers of gear, however there is WAY more than just that. - Crafted Gear starts at Premium Green 268 - Crafted Modifications starts at Premium Green 274 - Premium Green Tiers : 270 - 274 - Prototype Blue Tiers: 276 - 284 - Artifact Purple Tiers: 286 - 298 - Legendary Gold Tiers: 300 - 306 To "Climb" gear levels you have to start at the base of IR 270 you must have 14/14 270. Every IR Odd number you must have 6/14 gear slot that same IR level or higher. Every IR Even number you must have 12/14 gear slots that same IR level or higher. Every 6 or so IR levels you will need to have 14/14 gear slots to be at least the same level. Example if you are stuck at IR 284 and ur 13/14 284 but your 1/14 is 276 you will have to upgrade that 276 to a minimum 284 before you can move onto IR 286. Non-Moddable Non-Set Bonus Gear Names: - Arakyd Industries - Baktoid - BlasTech - InterroTek - Mantellian - Mier-Lang - SoroSuub - Sund Tech - Systech - Onderonian All the gear named above except for Onderonian has their Gear Stat determined by the Stat Name in the gear. Onderonian Gear Set is the base set for classes like Onderonian Targeters Bracers is a Agent Base Class set. Gear Stat Name: - Proficient - Shield - Proficient - Critical - Savant - Accuracy - Efficient - Alacrity - Lethal - Power - Steadfast - Defense There is one general moddable gear set that has no set bonus named: Sha'tek, this gear set can come in ALL TIERS OF GEAR WITH ALL THE MODIFICATIONS RANDOM. This gear set is the only set that also gives Moddable Weapons. New Modifications: With all Modifications there is ADDITIONS to the existing modifications. Armourings: - Resistive + different versions - Versatile + different versions Mods: - Lethal Mod + 2 different versions - Lethal Mod A + 2 different versions - Lethal Mod B + 2 different versions - Warding Mod + 2 different versions - Warding Mod A + 2 different versions - Warding Mod B + 2 different versions Enhancements: - Adept + different versions - Barrage + different versions - Bastion + different versions - Bulwark + different versions - Discipline + different versions - Efficient + different versions - Immunity + different versions - Initiative + different versions - Nimble + different versions - Proficient + different versions - Savant + different versions - Steadfast + different versions - Studious + different versions - Sturdiness + different versions - Vigilant + different versions I have not seen any new additions to Hilts or Barrels but would expect to see them also. On Top of all this is Set Bonus Moddable Gear for a total of 60 Set Bonus Gear Sets**.** All Moddable gear can come with no Modifications. - General Set Bonus - 12 Sets - Warrior Set Bonus - 10 Sets - Inquisitor Set Bonus - 14 Sets - Agent Set Bonus - 12 Sets - Hunter Set Bonus - 12 Sets And now the 15th slot Tacticals which is new with 124 different tacticals. - General Tacticals - 9 Tacticals - Warrior Tacticals - 32 Tacticals - Inquisitor Tacticals - 31 Tacticals - Agent Tacticals - 26 Tacticals - Hunter Tacticals - 26 Tacticals Now I can talk about my experiences with all this. Conquest: A VERY BIG MUST on hitting your PERSONAL Conquest Goal Which has been increased to 50,000 Points, it gives you free gear. Guild Conquest Goals: - Large Yield 5mil Conquest Points - 1 Renowned Rank - Medium Yield 2mil Conquest Points - Just under 1 Renowned Rank - Small Yield 500,000 Conquest Points - Just a little more than Half a Renowned Rank Raids: I have ran the new operation Duxn up to Kephy power rangers twice on my sniper, both times receiving about 10 renown crates. So far the best possible way to farm Renown Crates at the moment is to farm the "2nd" boss of Duxn as you are constantly under attack. PvP: I have qued over 20 matches on my Juggernaut and Sniper. I remembered to pick up the daily only once but got several BIG upgrades from the boxes. I got at least 2 blue 276 while I was IR 274. It takes 3 matches win or lose to gain one Renown Rank. Flashpoints: I have done Hammer Station Veteran mode both Solo and 2-manned. I have received all types of gear from this including Set Bonus and Tacticals. Leveling 70 - 75: I leveled a Juggernaut up not using the booster. I did 5 Hammer Stations and received 4 tacticals and 1 Set Bonus Shell that was empty. All the tacticals were for other classes. LOL the RNG Gear Vendor: When I learned about the TF "Exploit" I started to be able to role and get gear. FYI if its on the PTS its NOT an Exploit its a bug that we can help fix. The RNG of this Vendor is SOOOOOOOO BAD. You can be Max rating of 306 and still be able to obtain Green 270 gear. I wanted to test how bad it would be to get a relic so I had a 302 Legendary relic on and wanted to get a 304 Legendary Focused Retribution relic it took me over 1 million tech fragments to FINALLY obtain the relic I wanted. In that time which it took about 3 hours to do I got all different types of Relics ranging all the way from 270 - 304. MODDABLE GEAR: Moddable Gear was a tad hard to obtain in the lower levels of gear , but it did not get any better the higher I went in gear. Once I got into Legendary Tier I started to see more Set Bonus Items popping up but never could get a full set. The most I got was 4/7 of one General Set Bonus gear set. Weapons: Players tend to use Moddable weapons alot of times these weapons tend to be Cartel Market Weapons. Outside of crafting mods, getting lucky on personal loot drops, or obtaining a Sha'tek Moddable Weapon. YOU MUST USE THE NON-MODDABLE WEAPONS TO UPGRADE YOUR GEAR. Crafting: Didn't touch it. It requires WAY to many materials and some materials seem to be out of reach for the time being. What do I think about all this ? I hate this system 100%. They stated that you can play what you want and still be able to gear up. From what I've seen you basically HAVE TO PLAY all types of content. If I was a Regstar PvP player that logs in and only does Regular PvP matches this system would not be viable for me almost no way of obtaining set bonuses or tacticals without an RNG aspect tied to it. As a Ranked PvP player you will want to get your Set Bonus and Tacticals to be viable in solo/ team ranked as fast as you can. As a Progression Raider your forced to use gear that your not really wanting to wear, your stats go haywire. Not all DPS with have 110% accuracy which you need for PvE content to not miss attacks. Everyones GCD is going to become longer which will make clearable fights become enraged fights. Some Classes REALLY need set bonuses Like Sniper. The moment a Sniper hits Level 75 they will lose their Target Acquired resource management, and the Laze Target Critical Damage, until they get one of their Set Bonuses and basically FORCED to still wear that set bonus and only get to reap the benefits of Tacticals and Amplifiers unlike most classes that can have more flexibility with their set bonuses. My Solution or attempt to make this better would be make all gear moddable which then gives all player bases the flexibility to actually change their stats and play styles. Give more Tech Fragments out and remove the 3k cap. if you have a 3k cap and want something off the special vendor then u can only buy a max of two items. I would also recommend if you dont increase tech fragments then reduce the cost of items on the vendor to 750 - 1k tech fragments the credit cost is an ok amount. THE RNG VENDOR either needs to be 100% deleted from the game or give use options of getting upgraded gear based on the class and spec you currently are. For more of my comments or view points please see my Reddit post here As I have commented to those within the community about their questions and concerns.
  20. Does acquiring gear feel too fast? Too slow? In general for the most part it does feel a tad slow compared to CXP farming on Live. Acquiring the correct gear with stats that would be beneficial was VERY SLOW. Sometimes I would receive a TANKING Item on a SNIPER CLASS, while its great to have that tanking item legacy over for a tank but it is one less item drop for the Sniper the class that I was trying to gear up over a tank class. Do you understand what to do to get gear? This is just self explanatory just do any content the speed of which you obtain the gear is on you. How do you feel about the primary sources of getting gear? (playing content and Missions) I don't like how you are forced do all types of content PvP and PvE in order to get gear in a fast way. While its ALWAYS ADVERTISED you can play anything you want and you'll be fine. The philosophy behind that statement is what the devs and players want but in practice you MUST do both sides of the content realm to get gear. How do you feel about the contribution of the supplementary systems? (vendors, crafting, Renown) I have not yet touched crafting yet, but from what I've seen crafting in self seems like a extra job on top of everything. Vendors the one with 200 - 300 Tech Fragments is bugged atm but its a good extra place to get gear from. Renowned is a SLOWER version of Galactic Command and is WAY more RNG than Galactic Command. IE if your IRating 278 you get a Renowned rank you can get a Green 270 item not even an upgrade. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What I Have tested I have done: Duxn Operation 2 times up to Kephass Power Rangers. Received no loot from the bosses. I LOVED the fact you have to listen to the conversation to understand what is going on. I also LOVE the 2nd boss fight where you are constantly in-combat that was so funny to watch. I do like you can get several Renowned ranks from just the first 3 bosses. Gear At Level 75 you start receiving random gear starting at Item Rating 270 with Stat number +290. With the gear incrementing each tier buy 2 and the Stat number increases by 7 points. There is 3 Tiers of Green gear 270,272, and 274 then it starts becoming Blue 276. I have not yet confirmed how many ranks Blue gear had but can confirm IRating 290 is Purple level gear. There is also 9 different versions of Gear Names that have the stats tailored to the name in the gears title these gear sets are non moddable. One generic gear set non set bonus that is moddable, and One gear set named tailored to have set stats that is made for your spec but with no set bonus. With all this to get better gear your personal loots is tailored to your IRating. RNG asaide to go up the next tier of gear you need to be about 11/14 - 13/14 of a tier to start getting higher gear sets. This is a VERY big problem. The Items show you if its an upgrade for you or not even if its not the correct stats you should be having. There will be all times of players playing dps and heals classes where tanking gear because "it was an upgrade". The Gear you get from personal loot should be tailored to the ADVANCED CLASS AND THE SPEC you are currently playing. Overall I feel like the gear is BLOATED with very non moddable gear and really grindy. When it goes Live id beat that the grind might faed off from more player base all trying to gear fast but the BLOATED gear with NO SET BONUSES really needs to be taken down a notch.
  21. Ability Charge List Class Sith Warrior Ability: Rabid Furor Charge: 4 Cooldown: 30 Seconds Ability: Nimble Master's Set Bonus - Force Charge Charge: 2 Cooldown: 15 Seconds Assassin Ability: Herra's Persistence Tactical - Phantom Stride Charge: 2 Cooldown 30 Seconds Sorcerer Ability: Volt Rush Charge: 3 Cooldown: 10 Seconds Sniper Ability: Precise Targeter Set Bonus - Laze Target Charge: 3 Cooldown 1 Minute Operative Ability: Exfiltrate Charge: 2 Cooldown: 8 Seconds Ability Debilitator Set Bonus - Exfiltrate Charge: 2 Cooldown: 6 Seconds Ability: Debilitator Set Bonus - Debilitate Charge 2 Cooldown: 45 Seconds Bounty Hunter Ability: Woads Instinct Set Bonus - Thermal Sensor Override Charge: 2 Cooldown 2 Minutes Powertech Ability: Second Contract Tactical - Grapple Charge: 2 Cooldown: 45 Seconds Ability: Double Time Set Bonus - Jet Charge Charge: 2 Cooldown: 15 Seconds Mercenary Ability: Rocket Out Charge: 2 Cooldown: 20 Seconds Ability: Notorious Set Bonus - Power Surge Charge: 2 Cooldown: 45 Seconds Thoughts All abilities listed above their cooldowns are base cooldowns. The cooldown on the ability tooltip is currently showing that Alacrity affects the cooldown of the ability. However Alacrity does not affect the ability charge clock. The ability charge clock uses the base cooldown. There are two set bonuses that change the cooldown of their ability charge clock, the Operative Debilitator 4 Set Bonus , and the Sniper Precise Targeter 6 Set Bonus. The Operative Debilitator 4 Set Bonus is among one of the few 4 Set bonuses that work on this PTS Cycle. The Set bonus reduces the cooldown of Exfiltrate by 2 seconds giving it a 6 second cooldown timer. This new ability charge timer at 6 seconds works. The Sniper Precise Targeter 6 Set Bonus should be working but does not seem to. Precise Targeter 6 Set Bonus: Laze Target gets 3 charges and its cooldown is reduced by 15 seconds. This seems really nice having 3 charges and its cooldown at 45 seconds instead of 1 minute cooldown. The ability charge clock does not update to the new 45 second cooldown timer like it does with the Operative ability charge clock timer change. . Sniper Set Bonus needs to be fixed for PTS UPDATE 2.0 Cycle or PTS UPDATE 3.0 Cycle to get better testing results

  23. Can Bioware PLEASE remove the Guild Bonuses triggering on Operation Training Dummies. While the guild bonuses are a great idea it affects players ability to parse correctly without this random chance on increase stats from a guild bonus. For example if someone can Parse 9.2k DPS and is trying to get a higher parse then by a random chance the Might Guild Bonus comes into play and pushes the players parse to 10k DPS that doesn't help the player. Some players take the parsing seriously and some guilds take it into account when players apply to guilds. Since they are turned off for PvP and Nightmare Mode operations and yall PLEASE turn them off for Operation Training Dummies.
