  1. Just noticed this. When we try to move our guild flagship to the new Manaan daily planet to provide Orbital Support to guildmates, it's not on the travel list.
  2. I'm looking forward to it myself. I screamed with joy (on the inside) when they mentioned the planet's name. Since SWTOR is set 3600+ years before the movies and the shows, Tython wouldn't look the way it does in the game. The temple would probably be in ruins and overgrown with vegetation, would be my guess. And there's also the fact that SWTOR is more in the Legends category, they can take some creative liberties with it. I am really loving The Mandalorian so far, probably the best live action Star Wars we have gotten in recent years, in my opinion. I have been looking forward to each episode, week by week.
  3. Hi folks. So far the Black-White Color Crystal has not yet been implemented into the game, and who knows if or when it will ever be introduced. I'm not talking about the Black-Silver from PvP, nor the White-Black one. Now, why am I so interested in this particular color combination. A lot of you probably know why, as it's the closest we can get to something based on the Darksaber, a unique canon lightsaber with a black core and white light around the blade. So the thing is, it's supposed to be extremely rare, actually there is only one Darksaber. But since this suggestion is just for a color crystal and not the legendary saber itself, I'm hoping that this suggestion will be forgiven and allow a crystal of the same color to move from being unique to instead being very rare. So, how do we keep such a crystal be very rare and yet at the same time be obtainable by anyone, by any player type who is willing to do the work? Well luckily the game already has a system that keeps track of all our activities from PvE, PvP, crafting, exploration, etc. The Achievement system! So here's my proposal: 1) Implement a quest giver that can be found somewhere in the game. 2) When the quest giver is found and talked to, he/she will check the player's Achievement Score through dialogue. (I'll let BioWare come up with a story or lore for this) 3) The Achievement Score requirement will have to be very high. How high will depend on BioWare, on how rare they want this crystal to be. (They probably have data on how much of the population have high Achievement Scores and can initially base it on that. Like maybe a 30,000 achievement score, for example. It will depend on BioWare.) 4) If the quest giver senses that the player has achieved much then a quest to retrieve the crystal is given. (Again, I'll let BioWare design a story around this. But since only a few people will ever see this quest, they probably don't have to make it long. Getting a very high achievement score is hard enough anyway. They could even give hints of connecting the crystal to the Darksaber if they wish. Maybe it's a piece from where its crystal came from.) 5) Once the player finishes the quest and retrieves the crystal, it is theirs. Also, only one crystal per Legacy. It would have to bound to your Legacy once acquired. Well, that's it. Thank you for reading.
  4. Happy Star Wars Day to all! May the 4th be with you! Thanks for all the videos in this thread, they're awesome!
  5. I do believe you'll get the pet in your mail after the promo ends. According to http://www.swtor.com/may-the-fourth/reward, "The M4-Y6 Droid will be delivered via in-game mail within 24 hours after the promotional period ends." in small print.
  6. Thank you for this. I didn't know about the second mount. Much appreciated.
  7. It's been a couple of years since I posted this suggestion. I just wanted to bump it up again, as I am still very much interested in seeing an Achievements Leaderboard. Not only will it make scores available for everyone to see, but also to foster more interest and competition in gaining Achievements outside of the current rewards.
  8. Well I was working on the assumption that each bound item actually remembers what bound type it was before becoming bound. Mostly because it seems Mr. Musco is differentiating them by saying BoP instead of Bound. If he had said Bound, then I wouldn't be wondering if items do remember what binding type they had.
  9. First of all, thank you for the answers. But referring to the quote above, that's fine for BoP, but what about BoE items that have become bound? Because those are two different binding types. Will we be able to place those into Legacy storage?
  10. In regards to the black-white, actually what we have in-game is a white-black crystal. I'm still waiting for BioWare to place the black-white crystal into the game somehow, because as pointed out by a poster in this thread above, it's the only black crystal in current canon since it appeared in The Clone Wars CG animated series. It's the only black crystal I'm willing to use and have been wanting to use.
  11. An update for Gamman from the Ebon Hawk server: 24060 Here's the link.

  13. I'm very excited about the Tatooine Stronghold actually. Tatooine is my favorite Star Wars planet, and was/is my number one choice for my Jedi's legacy's house. So I was disappointed when they first announced Strongholds months ago and Tatooine was not listed, and I had to compromise and go for my 2nd choice of a Coruscant apartment. So believe me, I jumped for joy when I saw Tatooine listed today. What I would love is a simple entrance akin to the houses typical in that planet, like that white round entrance of Luke's house in Episode 4, and would lead to a larger underground house. Would love something like that.
  14. I agree with the OP, some better rewards will attract more players to work on Achievements. In addition to the examples mentioned, I would also suggest providing rewards for reaching certain Achievement score thresholds like this for example: Achievement Score: 5,000 = A unique title Achievement Score: 10,000 = Another unique title + a unique armor set Achievement Score: 20,000 = Another unique title + a unique color crystal Achievement Score: 30,000 = Another unique title + a unique mount not found anywhere else
  15. Finally broke the 20k mark. So to celebrate, I wanted to add my Achievement score to this list for the first time. Player Name: Gamman Server: The Ebon Hawk Number of Achievement Points: 20200 Tab Completions: Check the screenshot below Screenshot: Here's the link
  16. Didn't check if anyone in the thread has pointed this to you, but just wanted to reply to the above by the OP. From the questions you asked it seems like you may have missed picking up the actual Story Questline that leads you to the FP's. Most of the story is in there and even hints at what's happening and what is yet to come. You pick up the starting quest from a droid in the Fleet standing near the mission elevator.
  17. I'll be there as well. Had fun on the previous one.
  18. Count me in. I'll be queuing for solo ranked on the pub side. Been trying to queue for a week now, and it has never popped for me, so I'm definitely interested.
  19. I'm here for our guild <Force Watch>(Republic)/<Force Supremacy>(Imperial). We're a small private guild comprised mostly of real life friends and family that love Star Wars. We've been playing since launch, but our small number tend to slow us down when it comes to big things like Operations (we tend to sometimes just join PuGs when we want to see the Ops content). We're mostly a PvE guild that dabble with pretty much everything in the game with a little bit of semi-RP in the mix, each of us have our own backstories for our characters and such. Since we're a small guild, our resources are not as vast and the credits will greatly help us, if you decide to pick us.
  20. I too would like Malgus's armor, or something similar to it, including the cape....and with the hood up! Like at the start and at the end up the Deceived trailer. Basically I want an armored Sith outfit with both a cape and a hood!
  21. The OP said "It doesn't seem to matter if I play as imperial or Republic. I lose just as often on both sides." So he's been playing on both sides and is mostly still losing. So it's either he's been having really bad luck, or just like what people have mentioned here, it might be the OP himself. But I tend to give the benefit of the doubt and maybe he's just been unlucky, very unlucky. To the OP, don't give up. If your life permits it, try queuing on a different time of the day/night. Also you can find some guides and pvp tips, it doesn't hurt to see how other people play your class in PvP. Or if you have a guild or friends in this game, try asking them what else you can do with your character or playstyle.
  22. Think of it this way OP (and this is how I see it), no player character actually dies in this game. Everyone just gets defeated or incapacitated, and is either revived by a fellow player from being unconscious/knocked-out or by a medical probe/droid. The "kill" terminology used in Achievements are just gaming terms that I consider just to be part of the game but outside of the realm of character concepts or RP or what actually happens to your character. It's just an easier way of saying things that's easily understood by the average player. So in other words, in my opinion, we are incapacitated each time our health hits 0, not dead.
  23. I agree with the OP. Some unique rewards for certain achievements would be nice. I'd also like to add that there should be achievements and rewards/legacy titles for reaching certain Achievement Score thresholds, to give a bit of recognition for players achieving a lot in the game. For example: Achievement Score 5,000 = A new legacy title Achievement Score 10,000 = A new legacy title + a new armor set Achievement Score 20,000 = A new legacy title + a new mount Achievement Score 30,000 = A new legacy title + a new color crystal (maybe that black core/white glow "Darksaber" crystal) Or some other rewards. Again this is just an example. Also I'd like to suggest creating an Achievements Leaderboard on the website, categorized by server.
  24. I'd like to add one of my characters, Gamman, on the Republic side, who is now able to make Advanced Might Hilt 31, free with mats.
  25. One idea of where BioWare can put a Black/White or Darksaber Crystal is through Achievements. I would love to see this be a reward for reaching a certain amount of Achievement Score, like maybe as a reward for reaching 20,000 (or maybe even higher) Achievement points. It would keep the crystal quite rare and at the same time something tangible for all the achievers out there.
