I was able to complete this today by completely the Weekly missions. You have to complete all six. As soon as I completed it, my lore thingy ticked complete.

Thanks for asking for feedback! As a person who has played since the beginning of the game, I am frustrated and sad that most everything goes into PVP (which I hate) now. Focus on more story content that doesn't require other people for those of us playing solo. What I love about TOR is the open world rpg. Fix all the codex, or just grant the codex and xp for all the old, and broken ones. Achievement chasers (like me) get really frustrated at being denied the satisfaction of completion when codex are messed up. There are broken codex from the start of the game. Fix Felix to quit using Zenith's voice. Allow guilds to be created with two people. Allow subscribers to bind their gear to their legacy, not just character.

Do you guys have plans to let people transfer off heavily populated servers? Some of us are stuck on Correllian Run and can't ever go to the Republic Fleet because it always has 200+ people on it. Or should I put in this request privately somewhere to see if I can be moved?

My husband and I discovered that if one party member in a group has obtained the codex, and one has not, the system will not show you the codex until you kick out the person who has already gotten the codex. I kicked out my husband and it gave me the chair codex immediately.
