Imperial agent, "I love killing assassins, They act so surprised."

I have played the trooper and the Imperial agent. I cannot say the trooper storyline was bad... it just wasn't good. As for the Imperial Agent, we certainly got some love in our story-line. So far, it is the only story-line i have found in which the pragmatic choices are the best rewarded. Make the pragmatic choice and you get rewarded for it, not simply kill everything/ save the princess choices. yes, i sacrificed 10k people for victory, but my character doesn't have to revel in his power or cry about the job. IA has to be open to dark, you are an assassin, but there is plenty of gray throughout the story-line. Simply amazing writing, and great voice acting.

Bioware makes it quite clear to pvp players that they are joining a particular type of server. Ganking is part of pvp. The very nature of a pvp server means that the players are opened to a degree of harassment that is greater than that of a pve server. The level discrepancy is of a secondary nature. The player was engaging them in combat. That is legal. Distatsteful that he stacked the cards, but legal. They agreed to this part of the game. They acknowledged that they would be open to continuing assault throughout the game process... Its PVP. Furthermore, it does not prevent them from playing the game. There are multiple quests in multiple areas they could do, instead of confronting the ganker. They could have recruited help to kill him. Is this harrassment? Yes, you are technically correct, it is. However, it is a degree of harassment allowed by the TOS. IT is a degree of harassment that they should have expected. Now, what got him banned was the sexual component.

If the facts are against you, then yes. Anyone can word a good complaint to get someone banned. That is assuming the person that they were attempting to get banned was killing them, then simulating having sex with their dead body. So yes, if placed into a situation like this, anyone can word a complaint in order to get another person banned. You stepped over the line. I would have expected a warning or a suspension. But, they strictly stuck to their TOS.

Ganking is not harassment. Again, pvp servers make this clear when you join them. He got banned for harassment of a sexual nature. While u might dislike ganking, think it is repulsive, it is part of the game and it is legal. Read the TOS.

Fact is u Ganked the wrong people and they worded a complaint in the right way. You could have killed these guys all day and avoided a ban. However, you took this into a sexual harassment trajectory and created a threat to Biowares bottom line. You are a fool. Never threaten the all mighty dollar. BTW, this ban will most likely not be rescinded or challenge-able. You are 100% in the wrong. Read TOS.
