As has been the many posts before in Customer Service and in here. This takes slightly different approach of what you, Bioware and EA have participated in.
First and foremost the issue of the Slot Machines IS a Customer Service issue. We were told as a community that the slot machines were working as intended and were not an exploit. This had people using real world money to buy your packs in order to possibly receive the item. After the last patch they no longer offered the same items nor even close to the same compensation as the prior item offered. This is where deceptive practices come in.
You guys swindled money from your customers then used a bait and switch :

Second after people make a customer service complaint you refuse to address the issue, and instead insist that people use the suggestion box. While you do have the right to change the game according to the EULA you do NOT have the right to participate in deceptive practices.
Not addressing the situation and ignoring it is not going to make it go away, nor is it going to instill a sense of confidence with your player base. If you don't want to keep the job that us subscribers provide you, by all means continue away.
