Has anyone found a Qyzen Fess or Aric Jorgan customization kit not sold by the security key vendor?

From what i've read PvE servers are better balanced than the rest, but i've not actually nosed around a lot myself to check that. I play republic and i've never had to wait more than 2 mins for a warzone to pop up, good variety of warzones too. Theres usually quite a few people looking for hc groups, flashpoints groups can take quite a while to find though for the mid-level players.

You don't get active abilites but you do get passive abilities and weapon skills. As an example an AC with a healing tree gets a passive change so they're rez has no cd (its normally a 10min cd skill).

Depending on what trade skills you have you can reverse engineer mods for mats to then go and craft better mods!

As far as i understand it (i'm not actually in game yet but was in beta for a while) no, you don't have to pay for the list of digital items included in the CE. They should all be in your post or inventory when you create a character. That includes the STAP mount. However you can choose to buy another mount from the vendor should you wish to. Thats my understanding of it, feel free to correct me if i'm wrong
