WB! Republic Sentinels is 4/5 if DP and DF HM, and looking for some more talent to fill our raid roster. We do PvP groups on a daily basis and have a few people participating regularily in ranked PvP. Our guild roster generally consists of people in their 20s, 30s and 40s - so generally mature. But this doesn't mean we don't know how to have fun! Check out the guild link below or send a tell to Lock/Plocks/Lockness/Lock-jaw/Lockzilla. Or /who Republic Sentinels and ask for someone with guild invite privlages.

I'd suggest coming to check out Republic Sentinels. We're 4/5 in each of DP and DF, and looking for a couple of talented folks to join our progression team. (Right now, our schedule is Tues/Fri/Sun at 8pm CST - but because of lack of people usually only run 2 of those 3 nights) We also have people that run regular WZs on a daily basis, and some folks that are regularily active in the ranked community. I saw this duplicate post in the PvP forums. The first response was to trasfer to a PvP server if that's mostly what you are looking for. I would echo that statement. However, I believe that some of the above ascertations, are of less concern than you might realize. Yes, there will be a strong population of people doing event related activity when they do come around, but it doesn't stop people from multitasking and doing multiple things at once. I a couple of observations on a MONDAY (yesterday) of the last day of the most recent event (bounty contract week). - Solo rated PvP queues were popping for about 2 hours - Team rated PvP was popping for ~11 hours - Regular PvP was popping constanty - GSF was popping at least for a couple of hours yesterday (that I observed or was informed), if not the entire day FPs on the other hand, have always been a mixed bag based off of times and whom/roles are in queue. If you are a DPS class, this becomes even more of a wait unless you get your own group together. I am MUCH less concerned about the issues you identified. We have a very active community for all aspects of the game here on JC.

Any REAL Mac&Cheese lovers should probably come check out Republic Sentinels.

We've only been in there a couple of times and have seen the same thing. There are also a couple of spots on the Corellian Square arena that do the same thing or are constant falling-in-place that you CAN'T leap out of. While we're at it, can we fix the force leap bug where you don't actually leap to your target (or fall short)? Or the phantom GCD (where you get a GCD but no skills go off)?

If this is of high importance, or you have interest of doing this on a regular basis, if I were you, I might reconsider joining a guild that does HM content on a scheduled basis. I get it - not wanting to leave your current community. If your guild isn't doing this content now, I would assume its a reletively small guild? If that's the case, maybe you can convince your friends to join another guild (merger, if you will)? Food for thought.

Well most end-game stuff its helpful to have voice-chat - at minimum, for being able to hear call-outs, etc. ...I guess that goes for HM raiding. If you're just interested in SM raiding, you can probably get by without voice chat - I don't know any guilds off-hand that run scheduled SM runs though... If you're interested in doing HM content AND trying voice chat, come check Republic Sentinels out - I might be bias, but I really dig our community!

2 and 3 nights ago we got some group on reps, and group on imps (yes, I leveled a Mara), but both nights there was not enough interest on both sides to get groups going. It has been a while since I've played solo YOLO ranked.

Also, for those that didn't know about it, you should encourage people to: /cjoin PubPvP or /cjoin ImpPvP That way it makes it easier to coordinate across the entire server.
