I don't think the GF Operations are worth it. Either guilds are just using it as a way to farm out extra comms or people who shouldn't be raiding yet are making a few members in the group miserable. Then when they finally can't make it any further, the GF'd guys that were trying to help are locked out and can't easily find another group in GF or on the fleet. I've seen very little middle group where newbies are helped by GF existing or people actually queue for raids instead of forming on fleet like usually then clicking GF for more comms. Instead, I think there should be a group finder to run all heroics and dailies on the chosen planet (which gray out by level like the Flashpoint GF) but which is at the top so everyone sees it and which is supported by at least Basic Comms, if not maybe 1 ult per planet per day (planetary comms for sub-50 planets). That would help newbies group for heroics to get planetary comms and gear while they're running class and planet story missions and it would help healers and tanks find people to run with so they can do 50+ dailies and heroics without having to spam gen chat for help.
