Our 3 second stun instantly fills the resolve bar so how is this supposed to work?

Silly scoundrel. If you're not a sage/sorceror or a commando/bounty hunter equivalent then clearly you're OP and need to be nerfed into the floor despite not having 2-3 "I win" buttons as those two do.

Franklly, the only place speeders shouldn't be allowed is missions and quests. They should be allowed in space ports. I hate the annoying run through some planet's space ports.
