Hey all I just transferred and getting back into the swing of things. I am currently leveling up 55-60 and plan on hitting the PVP and quite possibly the PVE scene as well. I play a tank sin and I'm looking for a well run, active guild to see if they will add me along to their ranks. With most of my old guild and friends moving on and playing other games such as DOTA and League I don't have the community I once did; and I am looking to get that back again. Hey I have a question regarding expertise in these warzones. Instead of having an expertise crystal in my saber and my offhand I use power crystals resulting in my damage being greatly increased but my expertise is now 1936 instead of 2018? Has anyone tried this going for more damage and sacrificing expertise? Any thoughts? Is this hurting me in pvp?

Currently on The bastion with a 55 deception assassin. I plan on transferring to POT5 due to The Bastion just overall being a miserable server. Also willing to level up a republic I just want to be on an east coast server. As the title I would like to join a good PVP guild who likes to do warzones, ranked and even open world (if there is any). Thanks

Well I'm trying to get good enough gear to do competitive ranked. So I guess I have to Augment each one of my pieces and then get the pve purples. Good lord min/maxing is expensive

No I haven't fully augmented my gear yet...just my saber...do you think that is the problem? If I augment all my gear I could have around 30k health? But say I were to do that...is there even a point of getting obroan then?

So what I'm getting out of this is that you get the conquerer gear and just put the pve purple (58's) or (61's) and your instantly competitive and it is better than having expertise in your gear? I say this because I have full conqueror and my saber is Obroan. I sit roughly over 28k health my bonus damage is only 624 while I see others with about 800 and while mostly everyone else I see has 30k+. (I'm a deception assassion fyi) That just makes no sense to me

Thanks for the feedback...We mainly just want to get to the endgame and gear up for PVP and spend as little time as possible questing and killing mob's.

Hey my friend and I are starting again and. we want to re-roll some characters. I was curious if this ultimate leveling bundle in the cartel is worth getting? We are both subscribers and are just trying to get to 55 the quickest way possible. Thanks for the help

no that's false again. Merc's are horrible(healers are average), powertechs are good, and marauders have 2 good specs, Anni and smash spec. and yes if you're playing madness/deception you have NO chance against a good darkness assassin

played swg since launch and there was no expertise in that, rather just skill. You can't live in the past though, this game is here to stay and you have to make adjustments.
