  1. Unlike all of the other Gurian mounts, the graphic for the Gurian Royale's dash display does not show. The dash is instead entirely black.
  2. These animals should be available as pets and acquired through PVP.
  3. Oh, there's my problem. I accidentally posted this in the "Star Wars" instead of "SWTOR" General Discussion. I'll let you get back to what you're doing. And since when are Stormtroopers not canon fodder? You mean these guys? http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Stormtrooper You know there several theatrical movies of these guys being one-shot by the hundreds, right?
  4. The CE for this game was very expensive ($150), so warrants having a reasonable, small number of exclusive, aesthetic, in-game perks. The one exclusive armor model per faction was reasonable, but with Sith Trooper Armor coming to th Cartel Market in patch 2.4, I'm having trouble coming up with an in-game perk that isn't just a reskin. The CE perks aren't numerous, nor should they be. With that in mind, please keep the two CE exclusive armor sets exclusive.
  5. Right, because Sith Trooper armor isn't SWTOR's version of Stormtrooper armor? Anyway, the name itself isn't important to what I'm saying. I'll change the title in case some of you are picturing the later white armor.
  6. Eh, what? Every Imperial Soldier NPC in game is wearing it, and it has been available in the CE store since launch. As for it being in the Cartel Market. It's in the 2.4 data files that have been released for the PTS. I'm assuming since it's on the PTS, it's okay to post: http://imgur.com/a/alS2z#20 If not, mods please delete that link, and I apologize.
  7. The CE for this game was $150, so it's justifiable for it to have some pretty cool and exclusive aesthetic perks in game. One of the most substantial of those was the 1 adaptable armor set for each faction. As of 2.4 though, I'm having trouble coming up with a CE in-game perk (besides starting with a VIP bracelet) that isn't just a reskin of something on the GTN or Cartel store. I thought one exclusive armor model per faction was reasonable. It's a shame to see that go. Edit: Title changed from Stormtrooper to Sith Trooper to avoid confusion.
  8. Agreed. The armor that requires a $150 purchase to wear should have a dye slot. --And so should the dancer gear.
  9. Taugrim just posted on his blog that he does't believe his Ironfist pvp spec is viable anymore now that 1.3 has been released. I loved PVPing with a Powertech tank spec that still gave me enough DPS to beat someone 1 vs 1 in a fight that didn't last 20 minutes. I also used rocket charge *a lot* (long range interrupts are great when protecting people). What spec should one use to replace Ironfist? I'll be experimenting myself... but I'd still love some suggestions. Thanks!
  10. I had the same thing happen to me. Arrived late and was specifically unable to receive defender points... so no defender medals. This was in Civil War.
  11. Rejoice! Partial salvation is at hand!! Coming out with patch 1.1.4: "The key formerly bound to /bug can now be mapped to any action and no longer opens the /bug window. The command is no longer able to be bound to a quickslot, but player can still type /bug in chat to open a new bug report." http://youtu.be/76RrdwElnTU?t=6s
  12. If they're "working as intended" then BioWare is incompetent when it comes to designing UI's. If they're "broken" though, then it' just another day in game design. I like BioWare, so I prefer to think of them as broken. It has also been firmly established in this thread that this issue is affecting left handed Americans with the / key, and right handed Americans with the various ctrl+ restrictions. I recommend reading the thread. Thanks though.
  13. That's a bit short-sighted. You're forgetting that not all of us are right handed, or on the same keyboard layout.
  14. Thanks for the suggestion, but in my experience, software like this creates as many problems as it fixes. And let's face it.... It's absurd that we're suggesting third party keyboard software for an MMO by BIOWARE. The simply shouldn't have these problems. I never thought I'd describe BW's code as "lazy" or "sloppy", but that's what hardcoding keybindings is.
