I mean.. The fact that people are willing to -buy- PvE achievements, items and whatnot, is just... Wow. Swtor PvE is not hard people, and if you honestly can't gather 8-16 capable players, maybe you're just not meant to be able to achieve these... Rather insignificant things.

Constantly? Not really. They lost with a "Counter setup" last we played and they had their main team, go check my highlights buddy. Us losing -once- after when they're using a tank who's actually good and carrying them when It's pretty obvious considering Rommer is the best juggernaut out there and one of the best tactical players in this game. Considering he's coordinating everything due to Larsson, Seale & Roudy all being derptards as they were in DRAMA & MVP's. Hence why they never really won in 8v8 because they had a hard time comprehensing the terms "Strategy" & "Coodination" - Enjoy. Ah edit: Just thought I'd define "Counter setup". Counter setup implies that the setup in iself, the classes and their utility can carry the game regardless of what the enemy team does. By them having even -1- smasher it counters ours, why? Because sorcs don't have aoe damage reduction. Whereas even if they were relying on hard switches - They force guard onto the guy who can cleanse outside of the healer and It's countered. ~ That means we're not a counter setup, that means we have the advantage if they don't take advantage of the fact we have a squishy target that's easily forced a guard on. This means that actually -they- have a counter setup. They only need to rely on 1 plan to win. Whereas we have to adapt to their plan.

"Counter setup" being the wrong term but yeah sure, we have 2 cleanses - Doesn't change the fact we don't have 2 AoE CC's that don't require our healer to refrain from LoS'ing. While they had Jugg + Mara. The fact that our healer is 3 times better than theirs and the fact we're relying mostly on 1 aoe CC to get our kills in whereas even with 3 AoE CC's they needed over 5+ switches before they killed anything. So gl arguing that way, every team makes mistakes. If we get CC'ed together It's not a counter setup, and It's not hard to CC 2 people together when you force the tank close to the one guy who can cleanse. #Logicishard. And with that I will block you, I don't care much for e-peen contests on a thread meant for advertisement rather than infighting between a person who's butthurt over losing with a counter setup over and over and then beating us -once- with a semi-decent setup, finding it in their right to hold "Bragging rights".

Since I'm gonna have a lot of spare time for a little while I figured I'd do an official post about "our" stream. If you don't know a lot about us if you're either new or just generally not very acquainted with the arena scene in this game - We're a combination of 5 people from rather different guilds during the 8v8 warzone days. Personally I used to be Coral's main tank for a long while after 2.0, on my Vanguard Corvineus, now playing my marauder as the "only" high-end Carnage Marauder in arenas, whereas you have e.g. Zaer / Larssonx who all play Rage (Which takes massive skill huehue J/K). Dariann joined our "team" as of late and we'll on occassion also be playing double carnage. We're playing on Tomb of Freedon Nadd. Our main setup however remains as Carnage Marauder / Hybrid Lightning / Madness sorcerer / Operative healer / AP Powertech tank (Probably will be replaced by either a Juggernaut or Assassin tank now that 2.6 has hit). The other 3 players in our team are Neige (Our sorcerer), Glory (His operative's called Edd) & Draykû (Our Powertech). These 3 players were all playing for Reality Check during the 8v8 days. I've started streaming our arenas, "us" being <Dun Wurreh>, what used to be "Bend it Like Beckham" and no, it wasn't a different guild, we simply just didn't like the name much and there was an awful stench of hypocricy left in that name we couldn't wash out - BUT DUN WURREH, we fixed it. I'll be streaming nwzs occassionally if we're not doing arenas as we've had a small break over the past week and a half, we'll get back to arenas ASAP. Unfortunately we've all been a little addicted to the game Smite. I've recieved questions regarding where we were, we're not gone, simply just had a break while another game came up for a little bit, and while we'll still play Smite it probably also means I'm gonna stream a lot of it at some point, for now though I mainly play Conquest in Smite which is max 3-man and we're 4+ people almost everytime. Note - I'm streaming with all voice, in-game sound as well as music / TS & Skype noise etc. http://www.twitch.tv/shadows_embrace - Come by if you want to watch a more "Experienced" perspective on either arenas or warzones, although regarding normal warzones I do literally -not- care about objective on any of my dps classes, I don't have the tolerance to deal with the incompetence a lot of the time hence why I just do my own thing. (It does not mean that I won't give tips / guidance to whoever wants it, regarding objectives and such, it just means that I won't be bothering with it unless It's "Requested" so to speak.) And with that it concludes the thread - If you do watch I hope you'll enjoy yourselves. The music on the stream variates quite a lot, however there are no Techno / Dubstep etc tracks on, I believe my age has kind of refused to take in that music I'm afraid. Edit: Regarding streaming times, It's usually always going to be somewhere around the time space 16:00 PM - 02:00 AM (GMT+1). When exactly I will be streaming I can't tell you, if you want to watch you'll have to follow and try to keep up, all I can say. My work times differ a fair bit from day to day and in addition to that I have a lot of other stuff going on. -ONE- Exception, if we do arenas It'll be from 20:00 PM (GMT+1) to around 23:00 / 00:00. That's the only -set- time.

Why are you all talking about Roudy's team? First of all I've raged at Roudy, Dariann Zaer & Morv for being super hypocrites regarding the smash stuff, they whined so much at galactics (Well Roudy & Zaer did) for playing double smash / hybrid vanguard and they rerolled it when the season hit. Don't get me wrong I've told Dariann in detail how much I despise their double smash setup because they can make a ton of mistakes without suffering a penalty. It's not my point, my point all along has been regardless of what you may think of their double smash derping - These guys played a lot of different combos with me aswell, and a lot of others that required thinking, really good CC and generally a lot more practice. I don't know why they went double smash except for 1 thought that keeps re-occuring, they want to win badly and cba losing which is a fair sentiment. Everyone feels that way, personally I don't wanna win just for the sake of winning but that's me. Still don't sit there and claim 'muricans are better when on a stream It's pretty obvious 7 / 10 of the "top" 'murica players are making a TON of mistakes with their own class, not just as a team. You can say what you want but there are countless of mistakes on both sides, 'murican AND european. But bottom line is the way I've seen it from personal experience too, 'muricans are on the backfoot and have always been in Swtor.
