Feeling Lucky from smugglers luck machine. 0-7 on emperor's grace. EDIT: Went through all my characters to see what I had in currency. I had 53 total emperor's grace tokens including the 7 mentioned above. The 7 above were used under both buff's influence. The remaining were used only after getting feeling lucky. After using them the jackpots were as follows: Grefna pet Ginx pet Predator mount Vectron Magnus High Roller Blaster Pistol Lucky Pritaar 6-53. 11 percent win rate. That's just not good enough to encourage players to engage with this. I'm not counting cartel certs or golden certs. Those are not rewards. Those are not enjoyable, or satisfying to receive. Those are fillers that just make you feel like junk. This is a total waste of time. You lot won't understand this: you have done an extremely poor job with a once popular event. At least my Jedi mains have almost everything between the two of them from the past events. My knight has everything except the high roller mount and the new helmet. My shadow just needed a couple of the pets added last year to have everything my knight had. All I needed of was the high roller skiff and the new helmet. Was also going to attempt with my newer Imperial/Sith characters but won't be touching it. Won't be touching in the sense of buying tokens. I've played the event on other servers in past years and I try to get the golden certificates because I like getting the companion characters for my various toons. One is for my Trooper, I call the companion "Grunt". The other plays body guard for my smuggler. So far, since the Emperor machine now is not guaranteed prize win, I haven't gotten the companion for ANY of my characters. I am VERY unhappy with how it is being run this year. One thing that made it feasible in the past, when they first added Mek-sha to the story, is that they gave level-boosts to lower characters to let them participate. This was good. BUT... they stopped doing that after the first year. BOO! So, only my 75 + level characters do it, or Imp characters that use the bribe option rather than fight the Dire mobs. (pub toons are Out of luck, because you have to go thru hi-level mobs to get to the destination - and many times they pull you out of stealth for stealth-types.) SO, my suggestions are the following: 1. Go back to level-syncing for this mission 2. Revert the change on the Emperor Machines By the way, most of the times I visited the Casino it was empty. Proceeded to win certificates 20 out of the 21 rolls I tried. The only actual item I won was the high roller lightsaber, which I've already won 3 times out of the 6 other times I've won items on this damn machine this season. I just want the shades, man. I guess if you wanted people to play the slots less you achieved your goal. I've never seen Club Vertica and Fleet VIP so dead during this event. All I wanted was the the Rodian Companion. 1000's of Kingpin tokens spent = Nothing Over 300 Emperor Tokens spent with both buff and have a lot of pets, few mounts (most of which I can buy with cert's) This event is tedious waste of time, sadly I never got to see it before this year, will from now on turn off my account through the summer as I have since this game launched. I went to Nar Shaddaa SV yesterday near APAC midnight (not prime time but not dead time in terms of gaming) in hope of LFM for a group but there was only 2 other people on Nar Shaddaa. Well in almost 12 years of playing i've never obtained the czerca crate automatic....or perhaps i did but i didn't know what it was then. I had to pay for mine. The casino resembles a ghost town, the attempt to take credits out of the game has failed miserably, and absolutely no one is wearing this new helmet. Great job......No changes, no adjustments, no statements regarding these absolutely dreadful changes. Fits the overall impression of the game. The thing is, the crate is not bond whatsoever, you can pass 1 crate around your friends and everyone can get the chievo. This thing used to worth billions, so don't share with someone you can't trust because they can simply not return it to you. I got the Crate-O chievo in a pug SM R4 run when it first released. We've been pugging and progging for 3+ hours with no progress beyond Kanoth and this one guy and I were the only original group left. While we chat and LFM, he mentioned he got the crate and was willing to pass it to me so I can get the chievo because "we've been here for 3 hours, through thick and thin, I trust you will return it to me". Previously lost 4 times in a row on Emperors Grace. Never spent any credit on this so no worries, they are free. But ended up in loosing interest in clicking machines, quitting to other activities, maybe to get more Emperor chips. I save a lot of cc on what would’ve been for cm dyes for those characters. its happened off/on for years. for me, I always take it as a lucky sign —or the force is with me with the mail reward algorithm—when my 1st character rolls black/black, I’ll at least get another one. VilianSW Posted July 25 Share Posted July 25 Third week into event I used to love so much. Casinos this year are ghost towns no matter the hour, only couple of people and dead chat - it's creepy. Under normal circumstances - before "fixes" - I'd probably spend at least 30 hours of playing slot machines and enjoying every silly item the Emperor's used to give; 5 minutes on Emperor's and you used to have quite a bit of stuff in inventory. Now I'm at about 30 minutes of just using up Emperor's from mob drops and got about two pets and a weapon. Thanks again for killing my fav event. Getting a Kingpin Rancor from an Emperor slot is kinda a waste of my Emperor token when I can buy the Rancor. could the Rancor be won from the Emperor slot (or any slot, I’d imagine maybe the Kingpin slots) before or is that new?
