tschme Posted May 3 Share Posted May 3 I tried resubbing to the game tonight, and it said there was a problem with my EA account. i thought, no problem, i'll just use steam. Subbed through steam, go to log in, and im STILL preferred, although it took my money for my subscription. tryed to contact support in game. BUT its only for SUBSCRIBERS. OwenBrooks Posted May 3 Share Posted May 3 (edited) @tschme The linked ea account carbonth1ef has been disabled, and uses the same gmail email used on your swtor account use this link (insert the swtor gmail email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account Be sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached if purchasing on swtor.com When i checked support did not have an email from you yet with the steam screenshots per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message Edited May 3 by OwenBrooks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
