LeeLoou Posted February 20 Share Posted February 20 The last few weeks about 1 in 5 times when I log out of the game, my pc screen goes black and stays there. I can see my cursor and hit ctrl+esc and pull up a window, but when i try to open task manager to exit the swtor program or any other window, it goes back to black. The only way I know to get out of this is to completely power down my pc and then start it back up, which is a pain because then I have to go in and exit a bunch of programs that open and run at new startups. OwenBrooks Posted February 20 Share Posted February 20 tech support is at https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/bd-p/star-wars-the-old-republic-en black screen is usually related to the video driver somehow, initially though delete the games cache file per below and see if that resolves the issue Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars-The Old Republic\swtor and delete just the file called discachearena then start the launcher and login.
