SSBragancia Posted December 2, 2023 Share Posted December 2, 2023 (edited) I need to recover a deleted character but there is no way to open a customer support request on the SWTOR website or on the EA website after logging into either one. On the EA website, clicking the "Open New Case" button just redirects me to a "community" help search page that's of no help at all and there is no link or form anywhere to open a new support ticket. I've even gone to the EA webpage for a list of all my cases. That webpage says I don't have any cases but has an "Open New Case" button that, again, does nothing but redirect me to a community Help FAQ page. I need to get a deleted character recovered. Bar-Da-Voya Posted December 2, 2023 Share Posted December 2, 2023 If you are in-game, open the customer service window (CTRL /) and submit a ticket or email support@swtor.com They will ask for specific details (toon name, deletion date/time, etc.) and unless it is a recent deletion, you may not be successful.
