erkuli Posted August 14, 2023 Share Posted August 14, 2023 We were attempting to kill Veteran Mode Colossal Monolith, but any time our madness sorc got cursed, he would melt regardless of what he did as his self heals would cause Curse of the Monolith to tick damage. This occurred even when he was standing in a rift to (theoretically) reduce his healing taken to zero (50% reduction from Curse, 50% reduction from the rift). Looking through the logs, I can clearly see Rift touched applied (and subsequently kolto shell dropped to 0 healing for example), but his self heals (through e.g. Creeping Terror, Affliction, Force Lightning) would still heal him and therefore kill him.
