Xarakwar Posted June 23, 2023 Share Posted June 23, 2023 (edited) Je me suis remis il y a quelques jours, et je m'aperçois que j'avais acheté en pièce du cartel (donc j'ai littéralement acheté un bien numérique) il n’y a pas mal de temps. mais que là, je ne peux pas reprendre dans mon inventaire.(Petite notification, il s'agit de l'ensemble d'armures d'enquêteur) j'ai donc fait un ticket auprès du service clientèle, qui me répond que oui, c'est "normal", il s'agit d'un ensemble d'armures qui possédait des stats, et que maintenant, il n'y a que des ensembles cosmétiques. donc, la société du jeu a donc décidé d'enlever l'ensemble d'armures du répertoire. Le petit souci que j'ai avec ça, c'est que moi je l'ai payé cet ensemble, je demande donc justement un remboursement en pièce du cartel pour me rembourser mon bien dont je ne peux plus jouir. Mais votre chargé de clientèle m’a dit que je ne pourrais pas avoir de remboursement. Ceci est donc une vole. c'est comme si j'achetais un livre chez un commerçant, quelques années plus tard l'éditeur ne produit plus ce livre. donc le commerçant vient chez moi et reprend mon livre. je trouve ça scandaleux. je demande donc ici un remboursement en pièce du catel, ce qui mon juste droit! I recovered a few days ago, and find that I had bought in cartel coin (so I literally bought a digital good) quite a while ago. but that there, I can't take it back in my inventory. (Small notification, it's the investigator armor set) so I made a ticket with customer service, who replied that yes, it's "normal", it's an armor set that had stats, and now there are only cosmetic sets. therefore, the game company decided to remove the armor set from the repertoire. The little problem I have with that is that I paid for this set, so I am precisely asking for a reimbursement in parts from the cartel to reimburse me for my property which I can no longer enjoy. But your account manager told me that I couldn't get a refund. So this is a steal. it's as if I bought a book from a merchant, a few years later the publisher no longer produces this book. so the shopkeeper comes to my house and takes my book back. I find that outrageous. I therefore ask here for a refund in parts from the catel, which is my just right!
