Emmcee Posted March 19, 2023 Share Posted March 19, 2023 Just a guess - and you may have already resolved this - but if you were logged into the game when you subscribed, you need to log completely out, close and restart the client, then log back in. Also, when you log in for the 1st time after subscribing, you will get a window that says you are now subscribed (with the differences between the account type you are coming from and subscribed) ...but, for whatever reason, the "Subscribe" button on the bottom left is still active. Hit the Continue button on the bottom right and you should be golden. Beyond that, you will need to get support involved. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
