Stuck on “Showdown on Ruhnuk” load screen

Hi there, as title say's Stuck on “Showdown on Ruhnuk” load screen.. I press play & there I wait for hours to login to game.

I'am a new player, any help would be apriciated.

Are you running a VPN? If so the patcher will tell you it doesn't recognize your user ID/password, etc. Turn the VPN off until you get into the game.

I just logged in fine otherwise.

Log out of SWTOR and restart.

I'm not running a VPN its a new install Virus protection turned off while attempting to login to game server. I can't log into SWTOR at all launcher comes up login my details hit play a few secs loading screen comes up the stuck there nothing happening. disapointing.. my game files are in EA Bioware SW the Old Republic. I wish I could just long in as easy as that.

Can this help in anyway.. I've also added swtor to my virus allow accsess.

Update: My issue was caused by corrupted graphics drivers after a windows update, downloaded new drivers and everything works great!
