Change Master Orr's Lightsaber and Sahaar Kateen's Lightsaber to a normal activation time, not a delayed one

When used in cutscenes, the lightsabers take longer to activate, causing them to have this awkward moment where your character can't activate the lightsaber.

This was a problem a while ago that was raised at the time with other lightsabers (Ardent Defender, Tempted Apprentice, Resolute Guerrilla) and that problem remains. 

Plus, when used with certain emotes (e.g. /flourish), the sound bugs out relative to the blade, causing it to be delayed.

Please change it to a normal activation and stop producing these kind of effects on the lightsabers, or at least make them customisable/optional (e.g. two variants).
