'Disorder' cinematic

When does this play? I finished the Elom FP and just need to launch the Digging Deeper chapter. But when I go into the character selection screen and the 'play cinematics' option, Disorder won't play. I click it and nothing happens. All the other cinematics play, and did at the very start of the chapters. 

Also I've been away from the game for a long time so I forgot about this: Do cinematics not have subtitle options?

Yes the show subtitles option selection should be within your 'Preferences' or 'Settings' somewhere.   Regardless, be sure to check the bottom of this  BioWare  post: https://forums.swtor.com/topic/923999-game-update-71-known-issues

I saw the option to enable subtitles in conversation, but not cinematics. At least, not the "Return, Hope," etc. cinematics.
