Falensawino Posted September 30, 2022 Share Posted September 30, 2022 (edited) I was using 20 characters to log in with the previous forum system. I hard was not able to log in because the new forum only supports 8 characters to 16 characters I tried to forgot my password, my forgot password emails took too long to arrive in my inbox, I managed to find myself in the old site account area and manually trimmed my password down to 16 characters and am now able to log in on the new forum.
