I'm trying to find the outfit worn by Jewla Nightbringer in the BH class story - the same is worn by the general guy sitting at Fleet near the droid where you can buy compendiums to lv your companion to 50. It is not in Cartel Market, it is not a reputation set, so i'm out of ideas. One thing I've noticed, it comes in two versions, one with hood, one without hood.
