Does the guildmaster have full control of the stronghold? What if he leaves or quits the game? What if any of the people that owned these strongholds leaves or quit? Does that mean the guild no longer meets the requirements to keep it?

NPCs doing normal every day things like sitting, relaxing, socializing, and meandering etc has been asked for so many times I've lost count. Granted we just got a SH(Copero) and new decorations, It's my opinion that Strongholds and decorations are on a low priority for Broadsword.
