how to get thyrsian relic of focused retribution?

the one that has something similar to this description: Equip: Healing an ally or damaging an enemy has a 30% chance to grant 2892 Mastery for <<1>> seconds. This effect can only occur once every <<2>> seconds.

 

ive gotten all the pieces from the crates now except this one, and im beginning to get duplicate pieces of some at this stage, but not this one.

 

isnt the system supposed to fill in the missing pieces first?

 

for relics specifically ive only gotten its alacrity, critical, and power counterparts, including the "Use" relic instead of the "Equip" one

 

but not the mastery relic yet.

 

any tips would be appreciated.

It's pretty much up to RNG at this point if I'm understanding right. The upgrades from the box aren't guarenteed to be the type of relic you want. The counterparts are still considered an upgrade if you are going to a higher Ilevel or a side grade if you are already at max Ilevel. You just gotta keep trying and hope you get lucky.

If you're really after a specific relic and aren't getting it via RNG, then just buy the 'base' version of it (rating 318 I think) from the PVP gear vendor and just upgrade it with the WZ tokens.

With Relics it does not matter the color, green/blue/purple of same rating have the same stats.

So if you have to buy one, just grab the Conquest one (or use one form FP if you already have one) and upgrade to 330, it will be better than the PvP ones that only goes to 328.
