Upon reaching 15th level I've got active ability Cell Burst. Text of that ability says: "Energy Lodes builds when High Impact Bolt is used" The thing is High Impact Bolt doesn't generate Energy Lodes! And Cell Burst is inactive and doesn't work! At all! The problem is Cell Burst gets granted at level 15, but the passive that allows power lodes to build isn't granted until level 23.
