Keybinging Import / Export Reseting every loading screen

what the hell is happening ? Save loadout does not do anything, damn this does not save any Skills place nor any Keybindings ?

It's worse than that for me, since it resets the keybinds as if I have some foreign keyboard layout where W is on the top row and A is next to S.

Steve, please tell me this is happening for switching new stances and not those where the new stances aren't chosen.

Is that what's going on? I noticed some of my keybinds are outright gone and re-applying them from a preset didn't seem to make a difference. Even in my preset, it appears some are just gone from the preset. Most everything I had set to a keybind for quickbars 5 and 6 is just unbound now, and the one that stuck around was bound to a slot in quickbar 5 and is now bound to a slot in quickbar 6.

I'm another one who has all pre-7.0 characters getting keybinds reset everytime I zone, on 2 different accounts. Same thing happened to me on PTS, but the newly made characters had no problem.
