Lower respawn timers for all Heroic mission objectives and mobs that drop mission objectives.

 

Example of missions:

 

Shifting Priorities: Recover the Probe Droid Intel: 0/8

 

The Probe Droid takes 2 minutes to respawn. There are a total of 9 Probe Droids. This means that only one person can complete their missions every 2 minutes if that person is able to get all 8 probes as they respawn. If this is the Weekly Heroic world, what will actually happen is 30 people will all be fighting over the 9 Probe Droids which have a respawn of 2 minutes. People will spend 16-25 minutes camping the probe droids trying to out click each other. Unless they give up and quit.

 

Justice for the Lost: Obtain Database Access Codes

 

there are a total of 4 mobs that can drop the Database Access Codes. The drop is not a guarantee and even doing this mission with no one else around I have had to kill these same 4 mobs multiple times to get the access code to finally drop. The mobs have a respawn timer of 4 minutes and 30 seconds. I have also tested it in a group and with random people tagging the mobs. Only one person can pick up the Database Access Code and use it on the Database and only that one person gets credit for the mission finishing.

 

The respawn timers for mission objectives and mob and or drops needs to lower and possibly scale based on the number of people in that area.

 

If long respawn timers persist in 7.0, any heroic on a weekly planet will be impossible to complete with in a reasonable amount of time and players will get frustrated, hate each other and eventually quit playing.
