Things that could be done to increase play-ability for people with disabilities and there have been some REALLY good suggestions and feedback in that thread. https://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=988447 Sadly, that thread has since turned into a ghost town and many great issues such as the larger sized chat window have been left (again) by the wayside.
