I thought maybe it was just a matter of it being a "premium" relic vs a "legendary" relic, but even the premium 270 relics have a higher proc. Not by much, they're a lot closer than the 306 relics, but they're also a good 50 iratings lower yet still have a higher proc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
