I found this other somewhat similar/related thread (just a bit below your thread in this same forums section) : https://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=988248 ...which has a BioWare reply in it , but otherwise yeah i think you'll probably have to wait until next week or whenever the '6.3 update' is officially placed onto PTS at all. In the live stream from a few days ago they said that PTS will be on steam for 6.3 but they were going to make it available to start the download early so there is not a long wait when 6.3 PTS starts.
