Beware of the difference between "Sith" = "member of the Sith Order" = Empire-side Force User and "Sith" = member of the in-game species "Pureblood Sith". An Agent is *not* a member of the Sith Order, but *can* be a Pureblood Sith. In terms of in-game mechanics, Agents are not Force Users. The same is true of Bounty Hunters, except that they aren't even Imperials. They play on the Empire side, but the player character is not an Imperial citizen. And yes, [citation needed] - the character has multiple opportunities to say so during the class story, and Darth Arkous confirms it at one point in a later story.
